Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan servant leadership, kualitas kehidupan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan serta (1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja (2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja (4) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh servant leadership terhadap motivasi kerja (6) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 264 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebesar 73 orang karyawan Koperasi Agro Niaga (KAN) Jabung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa variabel Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja, variabel Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

English Abstract

This study aims to describe servant leadership, quality of worklife, employee motivation, and employee performance, and (1) to analize and explain the effect of servant leadership on quality of worklife (2) to analize and explain of quality of worklife on employee performance (3) to analize and explain of quality of worklife on employee motivation (4) to analize and explain of servant leadership on employee performance (5) to analize and explain of servant leadership on employee motivation (6) to analize and explain of employee motivation on employee performance. The type of research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Koperasi Agro Niaga Jabung, 264 employees. The sampling were employees of Koperasi Agro Niaga Jabung, 73 employees. The sampling technique used probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. Methods of collecting data used a survey method with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The data in this study were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of path analysis show that Servant Leadership variable has a significant effect on Quality of Worklife variable, Quality of Worklife variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance variable, Quality of Worklife variable has a significant effect on Employee Motivation variable, Servant Leadership variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance variable, Servant Leadership variable has a significant effect on Employee Motivation variable, and Employee Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance variable.
