Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan strategi bisnis melalui analisis bussines model canvas pada Kedai Pesenkopi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa business model canvas Kedai Pesenkopi digambarkan melalui 9 blok yaitu, customer segment untuk kalangan menengah ke bawah, value proposition adalah newness dan accesibility, channels menggunakan promo opening, pemasaran di media sosial, penjualan secara fisik, di Kedai Pesenkopi, business to consumer, business to business, kritik & saran di media sosial, customer relationship yang diterapkan yaitu promo opening, interaktif dengan pelanggan di media sosial, menjual tumblr esklusif, revenue streams terdapat pada penjualan, key resource yang digunakan sumberdaya manusia, hak paten merk, sumberdaya fisik, finansial, key activities adalah pengoperasian kedai, kegiatan pemasaran di sosial media, key patnership yang digunakan adalah supplier, agen/mitra, tim kreatif, cost sctructure terbagi biaya variabel dan biaya tetap. Berdasarkan teori un-bundling dapat kemukakan alternatif strategi yang bisa diterapkan untuk pengembangan strategi Kedai Pesenkopi adalah inovasi produk.

English Abstract

This study aims to discover on how the development of business strategy through business model canvas analysis on Pesenkopi outlet. This study is a descriptive study with qualitative approach and the data were collected by using several methods such as observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study show that the business model canvas of Pesenkopi shop are depicted in 9 points and they are as follows: customer segment for lower middle class; value proposition which are newness and accesibility; channels that uses opening promotion, marketing in social media, physical sales in Pesenkopi shop; business to consumer; business to business, critics and suggestions in social media; customer relationship that being implemented such as opening promotion, having interactive interactions with customers in social media and selling exlusive tumblr; revenue streams that exist within the sales; key resource that being used by human resources, brand patent, physical resource, financial; key activities which is the shop operation, marketing activities in social media; key partnership that being used is supplier, agent/partner, creative tim; cost structure that being divided into varible costs and fixed costs. Based on un-bundling theory that can be implied as a strategy alternative which can be implemented for the strategy development of Pesenkopi shop is product innovasion.
