Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan stres kerja terhadap employee engagement perawat dan bidan pada Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat dan bidan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda yang berjumlah 93 orang, yang sekaligus digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 21. Pada penelitian ini, hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement perawat dan bidan Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda. Selain itu, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement perawat dan bidan Rumah Sakit Permata Bunda.

English Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work stress on employee engagement on nurses and midwives at Permata Bunda Hospital Malang.the type of this research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The object of this research were all of the nurses and midwives who work at Permata Bunda Hospital. Therefore, this research using census sampling as sampling technique. The data are collected through questionnaire distributed to a sample of 93 total population and measured by Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with 21th version of SPSS. In this research, the hypothesis was tested using the t-test. The result of the hypothesis test showed that work life balance variable had a significant influence on employe engagement on nurses and midwives in Permata Bunda Hospital Malang. In addition, the result of the hypothesis indicated that the work sress variable does not significantly influenced the nurses and midwives’s employee engagement in Permata Bunda Hospital Malang
