Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh reward dan punsihment terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Barokah Maju Jaya Makmur yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Taman Bunga Kelurahan Tropodo, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Dari uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Barokah Maju Jaya Makmur.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and punishments on the performance of CV employees. Barokah Maju Jaya Makmur which is located on Jalan Raya Taman Bunga, Tropodo Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This type of research is quantitative. From the hypothesis test conducted, this study obtained results that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on CV. Barokah Maju Jaya Makmur.
