Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui intellectual capital berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, mengetahui psychological capital berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 128 karyawan dengan teknik sampling propotional random sampling. Teknk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, psychological capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, intellectual capital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, psychological capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, psychological capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on work motivation, knowing the influence of psychological capital on work motivation, knowing the effect of intellectual capital on employee performance, knowing the influence of psychological capital on employee performance, knowing the effect of work motivation on employee performance, knowing intellectual capital has an indirect effect towards employee performance through work motivation, knowing psychological capital has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 128 employees with propotional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS 3 program tools. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on work motivation, psychological capital has a significant effect on employee performance intellectual capital has no significant effect on employee performance, psychological capital has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, intellectual capital has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, psychological capital has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.
