Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menjelaskan pengaruh keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) menjelaskan pengaruh keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan penilaian kinerja, (3) menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) menjelaskan pengaruh keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan penilaian kinerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja, kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan penilaian kinerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kepada 90 responden pada Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keadilan prosedural pada penilaian kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penilaian kinerja, kepuasan penilaian kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keadilan prosedural penilaian kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan penilaian kinerja.
English Abstract
The research aimed to (1) explain the effect of procedural on justice performance appraisal to employee performance, (2) explain the effect of procedural justice on performance appraisal to performance appraisal satisfaction, (3) explain the effect performance appraisal satisfaction to employee performance, and (4) explain the effect of procedural justice on performance appraisal to employee performance with performance appraisal satisfaction as intervening variable. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables of the research are procedural justice performance appraisal, employee performance, performance appraisal satisfaction.The sampling technique for this research was using proportional random sampling and the data collection method by questionnaire to 90 respondents at Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that (1) procedural justice on performance appraisal has significant effect to employee performance, (2) procedural justice on performance appraisal has significant effect to performance appraisal satisfaction, (3) performance appraisal satisfaction has significant effect to employee performance, and (4) procedural justice on performance appraisal has significant effect to employee performance through performance appraisal satisfaction as intervening variable.
