Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh komponen destinasi wisata (4A) yang terdiri dari indikator attraction / atraksi wisata, accessibility / aksesibilitas, amenity / amenitas, dan ancillary / fasilitas tambahan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Pantai Gemah Tulungagung. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Pantai Gemah Tulungagung dengan sampel sebanyak 118 pengunjung yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Gemah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian penjelasan, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jenis kuesioner online menggunakan Google Form digunakan untuk metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier sederhana. Hasil pеnеlitian mеnujukkan koefisien beta dari analisis ini yaitu sebesar 32,3% yang berarti bahwa pengaruh komponen destinasi wisata (4A) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Pantai Gemah Tulungagung, yaitu sebesar 32,3%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompenen Destinasi Wisata (4A) Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Pantai Gemah Tulungagung. Selain itu berdasarkan perhitungan, nilai mean tertinggi yaitu indikator aksesibilitas yang artinya memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out and explain the influence of tourist destination components (4A) which consist of indicators of tourist attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary to the visitors satisfaction of Tulungagung Gemah Beach. The study was located at Gemah Tulungagung Beach with a sample of 118 visitors who had visited Gemah Beach. This study uses explanatory research, the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The type of online questionnaire using Google Form is used for data collection methods. This study use descriptive analysis and simple linear analysis. The results of the research showed the beta coefficient of this analysis which is equal to 32.3%, which means that the influence of tourist destination components (4A) on visitor satisfaction of Tulungagung Gemah Beach is 32.3%. Then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Tourism Destination Component (4A) on the Satisfaction of Gemah Tulungagung Beach Visitors. In addition, based on calculations, the highest mean value is the accessibility indicator which means that it has the greatest influence compared to other variables.
