Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pembentukan realitas anggota Komunitas Antar Agama YIPC Malang sehingga memiliki dasar kegiatan antar agama yang berbeda dari orang biasanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep teori Realitas Sosial milik Peter L. Berger untuk menemukan faktor-faktor komunikasi yang dapat merubah cara pandang seseorang dalam melihat kerukunan antar umat beragama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif fenomenologi yaitu mengkaji dan memahami fenomena sosial yang terjadi pada masyarakat seperti fenomena pemaknaan toleransi antar agama yang berbeda dari sudut pandang anggota Komunitas YIPC Malang. Informan dalam penelitian ini ada 3 orang yang merupakan anggota aktif dari Komunitas YIPC Malang. Pada masing-masing anggota ini dilakukan pengelompokkan atau thematize dari Keluarga, Organisasi, dan Tindakan Persekusi dan Intoleran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data milik Moustakas yang dimulai dari : Listing and Preliminary Grouping , Reduction and Elimination, Clustering and Thematizing the Invariant Constiturent, Final Identification of the Invariant Constituents and Themes by Application : Validation, dll. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman keseharian atau realitas yang dimiliki oleh para subjek penelitian menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan dengan cara mereka dalam memaknai kerukunan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research it to identify the process the meaning of harmony from the member of Youth Interfaith Peacemaker Community Malang, so they could have different activity about interfaith than other people. This research used Social Construction Theory by Peter L. Berger to analyze some experience that have influence about how they perceive the meaning of harmony. The methods that used in this research is phenomenology qualitative to understand the phenomenon according to the subject that could form their meaning about harmony. There is 3 people as the informant, they are an active member of Youth Interfaith Peacemaker Community Malang. The thematize that used in this research is Family, Organization, Persecution, and Intolerance Action that the subject experienced. The analytical method that used in this research is analytical method by Moustakas that started from : Listing and Preliminary Grouping , Reduction and Elimination, Clustering and Thematizing the Invariant Constiturent, Final Identification of the Invariant Constituents and Themes by Application : Validation, etc. The result of this research is showing that everyday experience or the reality that have been shown to the subject have a correlation with their way to process meaning of harmony.
