Abstract
Pada dasarnya ruang terbuka publik sangat dibutuhkan disuatu perkotaan yang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang banyak dan juga padat. Salah satu kelompok yang membutuhkan ruang publik adalah anak-anak, salah satunya dengan membuat konsep Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak. RPTRA menjadi salah satu sarana dan prasarana penunjang guna mewujudkan Jakarta sebagai daerah ramah anak. Akan tetapi berbagai macam aspek masih saja dikeluhkan oleh beberapa pengunjung dengan alasan keselamatan, kenyamanan, kebersihan, dan aspek-aspek lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya evaluasi kinerja pada Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak Kalijodo (RPTRA) tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja RPTRA Kalijodo dalam kurun waktu sejak dibangunnya RPTRA Kalijodo sampai pada tahun 2018 ini, terkhususkan dalam mewadahi kegiatan yang ramah anak. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuisioner dengan tipe pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan aspek-aspek yang dibutuhkan dalam menilai kinerja RPTRA Kalijodo seperti aspek keselamatan, aspek kesehatan, aspek keamanan, aspek kenyamanan, aspek daya tarik, aspek aksesibilitas, aspek kelengkapan dan kualitas fasilitas. Hasil kuisioner tersebut lalu di analisis dengan menggunakan metode Meanscore agar dapat mengetahui masuk kedalam kategori apa aspek-aspek tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa dapat dikatakan kinerja RPTRA Kalijodo belum memuaskan, hal ini karena dari ketujuh aspek belum terdapat satu aspekpun yang masuk kedalam kategori baik, bahkan terdapat dua aspek yang masih buruk kinerjanya yaitu aspek keselamatan dan aspek kenyamanan. Sedangkan pada aspek lainya hanya masuk kedalam kategori cukup. Seperti pada aspek kesehatan yang masih terdapat variabel yang dianggap masih buruk kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu masih perlu adanya peningkatan kinerja pada semua aspek agar RPTRA Kalijodo memiliki kinerja yang baik.
English Abstract
Basically, public open space is needed in an urban area that has a large population and is also dense. One group that needs public space is children, one of them is by making the concept of Child Friendly Integrated Public Space. RPTRA is one of the supporting facilities and infrastructure to realize Jakarta as a child-friendly area. However, various types of aspects are still complained by some visitors for reasons of safety, comfort, cleanliness, and other aspects. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the Kalijodo Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) to find out the results of RPTRA Kalijodo's performance in the period since the construction of the Kalijodo RPTRA until 2018, specifically to accommodate child-friendly activities. In this study using questionnaire research instruments with the type of questions that are in accordance with the aspects needed in assessing the performance of RPJP Kalijodo such as safety aspects, health aspects, security aspects, comfort aspects, aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, completeness aspects and facilities quality. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using the Meanscore method in order to find out what category these aspects belong to. From the results of the research conducted, it can be said that Kalijodo's RPTRA performance is not satisfactory, this is because of the seven aspects there is not one aspect that is included in the good category, there are even two aspects which are still poorly performing namely safety aspects and comfort aspects. Whereas in other aspects only enter into enough categories. As in the health aspect, there are still variables which are considered still poor performance. Therefore there is still a need to improve performance in all aspects so that the Kalijodo RPTRA has a good performance.
