Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan tetap Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep Mojokerto. Pengaruh yang ingin diketahui adalah pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalahan explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen penelitian dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee perfomance in Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep Mojokerto. The effect that want to know is a direct or indirect effect. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains the causal relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. This research used a sample of 153 respondents. The test tool that users are the test instrument research and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this research, can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.
