Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada sektor informasi dan komunikasi terus naik dari tahun ke tahun . Hal itu, didorong dari banyaknya pengguna internet, contohnya transaksi online. Pertumbuhan positif ini membuat perubahan pola belanja masyarakat Indonesia yang semakin bergeser ke arah elektronik atau belanja online. Sedangkan Awesam melakukan penjualan produk sesuai keinginan pengguna masih dengan cara konvensional yang membuat pengguna harus bertemu langsung dengan pihak Awesam. Cakupan penjualan yang masih kecil karena hanya bisa melakukan penjualan pada daerah tertentu. Belum adanya penyimpanan data terkait pelanggan seperti kontak, nama dan informasi geografis maupun riwayat pembelian membuat kurangnya layanan terhadap pelanggan. Hal ini tentunya membuat pihak Awesam belum mampu bersaing dalam penjualan secara online. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berlandaskan pada Sales Force Automation (SFA). Sistem informasi penjualan dikembangkan dengan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi penjualan yang digunakan untuk membantu pihak Awesam dalam menangani setiap transaksi, meningkatkan layanan terhadap pelanggan dan menghadapi persaingan. Beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas perangkat lunak diantaranya validation testing untuk menguji fungsional sistem yang menunjukkan 100% valid dan compability testing untuk menguji kebutuhan nonfungsional yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat kesalahan yang terjadi. Serta responsiveness testing yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem dapat beradaptasi pada ukuran resolusi layar pengguna menunjukkan tampilan yang dapat beradaptasi pada 3 ukuran resolusi dengan baik
English Abstract
Economic growth in the information and communication sector in Indonesia continues to rise every year. This is driven by the number of internet users, for example online transactions. This positive growth has made changes spending patterns of Indonesian people increasingly shifting towards electronics or online shopping. Whereas Awesam sells products according to the wishes of the users still in the conventional way that makes customers have to come direclty to the store. The sales coverage is still small because it can only make sales in certain areas. The absence of customer-related database such as contacts, names and geographic information and purchase history makes a lack of service to customers. This certainly makes Awesam not able to compete in online sales. Based on these problems the solution that can be applied is to develop a sales information system based on Sales Force Automation (SFA). Sales information system has been developed with the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The results of this study is the sales information systems that are used to help Awesam in managing every transaction, improve services to customers and facing competition. Some tests are carried out to maintain software quality including validation testing to test the system functionals which shows 100% valid and compability testing to test non-functional requirements which indicate that no errors have occurred. As well as responsiveness testing to ensure that the system can adapt to the size of the user's screen resolution shows that displays can adapt to 3 sizes of resolution properly
