Abstract

Tujuan: Mengetahui korelasi ekspresi Lp-PLA2 dengan HIF-1α pada populasi risiko aterosklerosis berdasarkan kategori Framingham. Metode: Penelitian analitik korelasional menggunakan teknik total sampling pada responden sebanyak 160 orang. Responden dianalisis faktor risikonya menggunakan Framingham risk score, kemudian dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok risiko low, intermediate, dan high. Dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah vena yang diukur menggunakan metode ELISA dengan parameter Lp-PLA2 dan HIF-1α. Analisis data dilakukan uji normalitas, homogenitas, One Way ANOVA, Post Hoc: Tukey HSD dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil: Terdapat korelasi kuat yang signifikan antara ekspresi Lp-PLA2 dan HIF-1α dengan sig<0,01 baik pada kelompok risiko low (r=0,529), intermediate (r=0,512), dan high (r=0,715). Kesimpulan: Peningkatan ekspresi Lp-PLA2 berkolerasi dengan peningkatan ekspresi HIF-1α pada kondisi aterosklerosis berdasarkan kriteria Framingham

English Abstract

Objective: To determine the correlation between expression of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in atherosclerosis risk population based on the Framingham Category. Method: The study used correlational analysis method with total sampling technique in 160 individuals in the risk population. Atherosclerosis risk group was analyzed using Framingham risk score and categorized into: low, intermediate, and high risk groups. Venous blood samples taken from respondents were measured using the ELISA method with Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α as parameters. Statistical data analysis was done using normality test, homogeneity test, one-way ANOVA, Post Hoc: Tukey HSD and Pearson correlation. Results: Lp-PLA2 expression were significant correlated with HIF-1α with p=0,000 (p sig<0,001) with coefficient correlation in low risk group (r=0,529), intermediate risk group (r=0,512), and high risk group (r=0,715). Conclusion: Increased Lp-PLA2 expression were correlated with increased HIF-1α expression in atherosclerosis condition based on Framingham category
