Abstract
Pola makan dan status gizi sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2010, asupan energi dan zat makro anak usia 4-6 tahun masih kurang dari AKG dan laporan tahun 2015 didapatkan kasus gizi burukkurang sebanyak 26.518 secara nasional. Kebutuhan asupan nutrisi yang sesuai setiap harinya akan berpengaruh pada perkembangan anak yaitu kinerja dan pola pikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dan status gizi dengan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah di Desa Gunungrejo Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik design dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secaramultistage sampling dengan jumlah sampel 75 responden. Penilaian variabel pola makan (energi, zat makro) anak menggunakan SQ-FFQ, pengukuran status gizi dengan indikator BB/TB serta penilaian perkembangan anak dengan kuesioner yang berdasar pada Depdiknas 2004 dan lembar observasi DDST II. Uji statistika yang digunakan adalah Spearman’s Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola makan anak yang tergolong kurang pada energi, karbohidrat, protein dan lemak masing-masing sebanyak 19.7%, 22.4%, 14.5%, dan 21.1%. Status gizi anak berdasarkan BB/TB yang tergolong kategori kurus adalah 26.3%. Perkembangan anak kategori kurang pada aspek kognitif sebanyak 21.1%, aspek personal sosial 80.3%, aspek motorik halus 23.7% dan aspek motorik kasar sebanyak 7.9%. Hasil uji statistik analisis bivariat masing-masing subvariabel pola makan (energi, kabohidrat, protein, lemak) dan status gizi dengan masing-masing 4 aspek perkembangan anak (kognitif, motorik halus, bahasa dan motorik kasar) menunjukkan p-value < 0.05. Pada uji statistik antara masing-masing subvariabel pola makan dan status gizi dengan perkembangan personal-sosial anak masingmasing p-value > 0.05. Sehingga kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola makan (%energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak) dan status gizi dengan 4 aspek perkembangan anak usia prasekolah yaitu aspek kogntif, motorik halus, bahasa dan motorik kasar, namun tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan pada aspek personal-sosial.
English Abstract
Dietary intake and nutritional status have greatly affect to the children development. Based on the Riskesdas 2010, the dietary intake of 4-6 years children was less than the daily values and in 2015 was reported that underweight cases as much as 28.518 nationally. The nutritional daily needed will affect the child development toward the cognitive and their performance. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between dietary intake and nutritional status toward preschool’s development in the Gunungrejo Village Singosari District Malang Regency. This study used observational analitic design with cross sectional approach. Method of sampling use multistage sampling with 75 childrens as the respondence. Variable assesment of children’s diatery intake (energy, macronutrient) using SQ-FFQ, nutritional status using indicator weight for height and to asses children’s development using questionare based on Depdiknas 2004 and observational sheet of DDST II. Statistical test was used in this study was Spearman’s Rank Analysis. The result of study showed that children’s dietary intake who were classified as lacking in energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat were 19.7%, 22.4%, 14.5%, and 21.1%, respectively. Nutritional status of children based on weight for height classified as thin category was 26.3%. Children development less category on cognitive aspect as much as 21.1%, personal-social aspect 80.3%, fine motor aspect 23.7% and gross motor aspects as much as 7.9%. Statistical test of bivariate analysis of each subvariabel of children’s dietary intake (energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat) and nutritional status with each of the 4 aspects of child development (cognitive, fine motor, language and gross motor) showed p-value < 0.05. However, statistical tests between each subvariabel dietary intake and nutritional status with the children’s personal-social showed each p-value > 0.05. So the conclusion of this study is there is significant relation between children’s dietary intake (% energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat) and nutritional status with 4 aspect of preschool development that is cognitive aspect, fine motor, language and gross motor, but there is no significant relation with personal-social aspects.
