Abstract
Kuantitas zat gizi makro dan kualitas diet memengaruhi status gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi makro dan kualitas diet dengan status gizi di Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah crosssectional yang dilakukan pada 144 responden dan dipilih secara stratified random sampling pada 5 kecamatan di Kota Malang. Penilaian status gizi menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh serta melakukan wawancara dengan 24 hour recall dan SQ-FFQ. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata karbohidrat 174,57 gram, protein 49,68 gram, lemak 43,15 gram, dan skor kualitas diet 57. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan zat gizi makro dan kualitas diet dengan status gizi pada orang dewasa di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Quantity of macronutrient and quality of diet affects nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of macronutrients intake and diet quality on nutritional status of adult population in Malang. This study design was cross sectional on 144 subjects and selected by stratified random sampling in 5 districts in Malang. Assesment of nutritional status is based on Body Mass Index and interviews using the 24 hour recall and SQ-FFQ. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16 using Spearman. The result showed that the average carbohydrate was 174,57 grams, protein 49,68 was grams, fat was 43,15 grams, and score quality of diet was 57. So it can be concluded that there is no relationship between macronutrient intake and diet quality on nutritional status for adults in Malang City.
