Abstract
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki destinasi yang tergolong banyak. Selain dari wisatawan lokal, terdapat pula wisatawan mancanegara yang sering melakukan kunjungan ke berbagai kota di Indonesia dan tentunya membutuhkan tepat peristirahatan. Bagi perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri perhotelan tersebut tentunya akan selalu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan menjaga kinerja perusahaan. Hotel Merdeka Kediri adalah salah satu hotel bintang tiga yang terletak di pusat Kota Kediri. selain menjadi tempat penginapan, hotel ini menjadi salah satu warisan budaya yang ada di Kota Kediri. Salah satu bentuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh Hotel Merdeka Kediri dengan menggunakan peranan dari dimensi servicescape yaitu ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, facility aesthetic, dan electric equipment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi serviescape diantaranya adalah ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, facility aesthetic, dan electric equipment terhadap pleasure feeling yang mana studi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Merdeka Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 responden yang merupakan jumlah konsumen Hotel Merdeka Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ambient condition, layout, facility aesthetic, seating comfort, dan electric equipment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pleasure feeling pada Hotel Merdeka Kediri.
English Abstract
-Indonesia is one of the countries that has many tourist attraction. Apart from local tourists, there are also foreign tourists who often visit various cities in Indonesia have a proper refreshment. Therefore, the companies who’s engaged in the hotel industry, will certaunly try enhance the customer satisfaction and maintain the company’s performance. Merdeka Kediri Hotel is one of the three star hotels located in the center of Kediri City. In addition, Merdeka Kediri Hotel is not only place to stay, but also become one of cultural heritages in Kediri City. One of the efforts that has been done by Merdeka Kediri Hotel by using some of the roles ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, facility aesthetic, and electric equipment. This study aims to determine the influence of servicescape dimensions which are ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, facility aesthetic, and electric equipment on the pleasure feeling in which is research study was conducted with Merdeka Kediri Hotel as the object of this research. The type of this research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between variables through hypotheses testing. Moreover the sample of this research consist of 150 respondents which are the number of the consumers of Merdeka Kediri Hotel by using probability sampling techniques. The test equipment used to test the instruments of this research are validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test. Furthermore, the being used to analyze the data is multiple regression technique. The result of this research show that ambient condition, layout, facilities aesthetic, seating comfort, and electric equipment variables have a significant effect on the pleasure feeling at Merdeka Kediri Hotel.
