Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan pencapaian kerja karyawan yang terukur berdasarkan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Ada berbagai faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik, dua diantaranya adalah persepsi dukungan organisasi atau outbound training dan Motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Outbound Training terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Evalinda Berkah Mandiri. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi outbound training karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder dengan mendokumentasikan arsip organisasi dan pustaka tertulis sebagai referensi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan SPSS versi 24 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel outbound training karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, variabel outbound training karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan antara outbound training karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu outbound training dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, hal tersebut berarti bahwa semakin sering kegiatan outbound training dilaksanakan dan motivasi kerja, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

Employee performance is a form of employee’s work that measured from constantly standard. There are varians factors that can lead to a better performance, two of which are the outbound training and motivation. The purpose of this reasearch is to reveal relationship outbound training on employee performance with work motivation as intervening variable at PT. Evalinda Berkah Mandiri. Quantitative approach is used in this reaserch. Variables in this research are Outbound Training Employee, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. The sample of this research consist of 48 people. Data collection techniques applied in this research are primary data collection by distribute the questionnaire and secondary data collection by documentary the archives of the organization and related literature as references. The researcher uses path analysis technique with SPSS V.24 to analyze the data. Analysis’s results shows that outbound training employee variable has positive and significant effect on work motivation, outbound training employee variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the relationship between outbound training employee on employee performance. The conclusion of this research was that outbound training and otivation have influence on employee performance, it means if the implementation of outbound training more often and the higher motivation, so the higher employee performance too.
