Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Employer Brand terhadap Organizational Commitment (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention (3) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Employer Brand terhadap Turnover Intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi Employer Brand, Organizational Commitment dan Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan karyawan tetap Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya yaitu sebanyak 187 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS 24 for Windows. Hasil analisis jalur (path analysis) menunjukkan bahwa Employer Brand (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment (Z), Organizational Commitment (Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y), Employer Brand (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y).

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) identify and explain the influence of Employer Brand on Organizational Commitment (2) to know and explain the influence of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (3) to know and explain the influence of Employer Brand on Turnover Intention. The type of research used in this research was explanatory with quantitative approach. The research variables were Employer Brand, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention. The population in this research were total number of permanent employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya was 187 people. The sample used in this research was 66 respondents taken by using proportional random sampling and data collection methods using a questionnaire. Data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The data in this study was processed using SPSS 24 for Windows. The result of path analysis showed that Employer Brand (X) had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Z), Organizational Commitment (Z) had significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), Employer Brand (X) had significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y).
