Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh OMT dan Coaching secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank X BUMN Cabang Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research (penjelasan) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank X BUMN Cabang Universitas Brawijaya Malang dengan jumlah sampel 66 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel karena jumlah sampel penelitian kurang dari 100 orang. Dalam hal ini seluruh anggota populasi yang sudah pernah mengikuti OMT dan Coaching karyawan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa OMT berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung = 2,335 > t tabel = 1,998, sedangkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,023 < 0,05. Coaching berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung = 5,907 > t tabel = 1,998, sedangkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa OMT dan Coaching secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai F hitung = 51,239 > F tabel = 3,14, sedangkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai R Square menunjukkan angka 0,619 yang berarti bahwa Variabel OMT dan Coaching memberikan kontribusi sebesar 61,9% terhadap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan.

English Abstract

This research aims to know and to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous OMT and Coaching on Employee Performance at Bank X BUMN Subdivision of Brawijaya University Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research are emlpoyees of Bank X BUMN Subdivision of Brawijaya University Malang with the total sample 66 employees. This research is a population research with purposive sampling method that is all members of the population are sampled because the number of research samples is less than 100 people. In this case all members of the population who have attended OMT and Coaching employees. The results of the study prove that OMT affects employee performance which can be seen from the value of t count = 2,335 > t table = 1,998, while the significant value is 0,023 < 0,05. Coaching affects employee performance which can be seen from the value of t count = 5,907 > t table = 1,998, while the significant value is 0,000 < 0,05. The results also prove that OMT and Coaching simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance which can be seen from the F value = 51,239 > F table = 3,14, while the significant value is 0,000 < 0,05 and the value of R Square shows the number 0,619 which means that the OMT and Coaching Variables contribute 61.9 % to the Employee Performance Variables.
