Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara quality of work-life dan work-life balance dengan kinerja pada guru PAUD di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional kuantitatif dengan dua variabel yang meliputi: variabel (X), X1 yang merupakan QWL (quality of work-life), X2 yang merupakan work-life balance; dan variabel (Y) yang merupakan kinerja pada guru PAUD. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel guru PAUD di Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang yang diambil secara insidental dan secara acak sebanyak 361 tenaga pendidik (guru). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dimana teknik ini mengambil sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala quality of work-life,work-life balance, dan kinerja sebagaimana fokus penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahquality of work-life memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,326. Work-life balance tidak memiliki hubugan dengan kinerja, dikarenakan hasil dari uji korelasi Spearman menyatakan tidak signifikan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between quality of work-life and work-life balance with the performance of PAUD teachers in Malang City. This study uses quantitative correlational methods with two variables which include: variable (X), X1 which is the QWL (quality of work-life), X2 which is the work-life balance; and variable (Y) which is the performance of PAUD teachers. In this study researchers took samples of PAUD teachers in Sukun District, Malang City which were taken incidentally and randomly as many as 361 educators (teachers). In this study researchers used a non-probability sampling technique where this technique took samples that did not provide an opportunity or opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. Data collection techniques used in this study use a quality of work-life scale, work-life balance, and performance as the focus of the research. The results of this study are quality of work-life has a positive relationship with performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.326. Work-life balance does not have a relationship with performance, because the results of the Spearman correlation tesTS are insignificant
