Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract

The researcher obtained response from 206 student of Accounting Department batch 2015-2017 who use mobile banking service. the sample was selected with purposive sampling technique and non-probability sampling. The analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Smart Software PLS version 2.0M3. The analysis result shows that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived compatibility construct positively influence attitude to use mobile banking services. Attitude also positively affects the intention of using mobile banking. Conversely, perceived risk constructs do not affect the attitude of using mobile banking services.
