Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh simultan lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menjelaskan pengaruh parsial lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menjelaskan pengaruh parsial lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PG Lestari, Jl. Raya Lestari, Ngrombot, Patianrowo, Kertosono, Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 280 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (analisis regresi linier berganda) dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PG Lestari berada pada kategori baik. Analisis inferensial menunjukkan lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This research aims to explain the influence of physical work environment, non physical work environment and work discipline together to employees performance, to explain the partial influence between physical work environment to employees performance, to explain the partial influence between non physical work environment to employees performance and to explain the partial influence between work discipline together to employees performance. This research was conducted at PG Lestari, Jl. Raya Lestari, Ngrombot, Patianrowo, Kertosono, East Java. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this research amounted to 280 employees. The samples used in this research totalled 74 employees. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. This research used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (multiple linear regression analysis) with the help of SPSS 24.0. The result of this research shows that physical work environment, non physical work environment and work discipline, and employees performance at PG Lestari is in good category. Inferential analysis shows that physical work environment, non physical work environment and work discipline have a significant influence to employees performance. Partially, physical work environment have a significant influence to employees performance. Partially, non physical work environment have a significant influence to employees performance. Partially, work discipline have a significant influence to employees performance.
