Abstract
Pengembangan agroindustri merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk primer komoditas pertanian. Salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan yang mampu mendukung perkembangan agroindustri adalah singkong. Pada umumnya pemanfaatan singkong hanya terbatas pada umbinya, tetapi sebenarnya bagian daun singkong juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk ragam masakan, salah satunya ialah pengolahan daun singkong menjadi keripik. Adanya kegiatan agroindustri yang mengubah bentuk primer menjadi produk baru yang memiliki nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi setelah melalui proses pengolahan dapat memberikan nilai tambah karena dikeluarkan biaya-biaya sehingga terbentuk harga baru yang lebih tinggi serta keuntungan yang lebih besar apabila dibandingkan tanpa melalui proses pengolahan. Salah satu agroindustri yang mengolah daun singkong menjadi keripik ialah CV. Cita Mandiri yakni dengan produk olahan berupa keripik belut daun singkong. Setiap usaha yang dijalankan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, agar keuntungan dapat tercapai maka terlebih dahulu dilakukan sebuah studi kelayakan untuk menilai investasi yang akan ditanamkan pada perusahaan tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis nilai tambah dari daun singkong menjadi keripik belut daun singkong pada CV. Cita Mandiri; (2) Menganalisis arus uang tunai (cash flow) CV. Cita Mandiri dalam memproduksi keripik belut daun singkong; (3) Menganalisis kelayakan finansial CV. Cita Mandiri dalam memproduksi keripik belut daun singkong; (4) Menganalisis tingkat sensitivitas CV. Cita Mandiri dalam memproduksi keripik belut daun singkong apabila terjadi perubahan harga daun singkong dan peningkatan upah tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis nilai tambah keripik belut daun singkong dalam satu kali proses produksi memiliki nilai tambah kriteria tinggi yaitu sebesar Rp 22.261/kg dengan rasio sebesar 48,57 persen. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari proses pengolahan daun singkong menjadi keripik belut daun singkong adalah sebesar Rp 21.301/kg, dengan tingkat keuntungan sebesar 46,47 persen. Hasil analisis biaya, penerimaan dan keuntungan CV. Cita Mandiri dalam memproduksi keripik belut daun singkong selama 5 tahun, total biaya investasi awal sebesar Rp 52.904.000, biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan setiap tahun adalah biaya pajak bumi dan bangunan serta biaya perawatan peralatan yakni sebesar Rp 95.000, sedangkan biaya variabel yang dikeluarkana selama 5 tahun ialah sebesar Rp 330.879.500 dengan rata-rata biaya variabel yang dikelurkan dalam satu tahun sebesar Rp 66.175.900, penerimaan yang didapat selama 5 tahun ialah sebesar Rp 464.750.000 dengan rata-rata penerimaan yang didapat dalam satu tahun sebesar Rp 92.950.000, keuntungan yang didapat selama 5 tahun ialah sebesar Rp 80.697.500 dengan rata-rata keuntungan yang didapat dalam satu tahun ialah sebesar Rp 26.720.300.ii Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial CV. Cita Mandiri dalam memproduksi keripik belut daun singkong ini layak untuk dijalankan, hal ini dikarenakan nilai NPV > 0 yaitu sebesar Rp 51.030.195. IRR > Discount rate (9 persen) yaitu sebesar 42 persen. Net B/C Rasio > 1, yaitu sebesar 1,96, Gross B/C Rasio > 1, yaitu sebesar 1,16, dan payback period kurang dari umur usaha yaitu 2 tahun. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa ketika terjadi kenaikan harga daun singkong sebesar 10 persen, usaha masih layak untuk dijalankan, serta ketika terjadi kenaikan upah tenaga kerja sebesar 9 persen, usaha masih layak untuk dijalankan
English Abstract
Agroindustry development is one of the efforts to increase the added value of primary products of agricultural commodities. One of the food crops that can support the development of agroindustry is cassava leaf. Generally, the part that is always used from cassava only on the tubber, but actually the leaves of cassava can also be used for various product, one of them is chips from processed cassava leaves. The existence of agroindustry activities that change the primary material into new products that have higher economic value after through the processing can provide added value because of the expenses incurred so it make a higher price and greater profits when compared with the product without processing. One of the agroindustry that process the leaves of cassava into chips is CV. Cita Mandiri with processed products of belut daun singkong chips. Every business that operate has a purpose to make profit, feasibility study is used to know how much the benefits and to evaluate the investment whether is feasible or not to do. The purpose of this research are: (1) Analyzing added value from cassava leaves to belut daun singkong chips at CV. Cita Mandiri; (2) Analyzing cash flow CV. Cita Mandiri which produced belut daun singkong chips; (3) Analyzing the financial feasibility of CV. Cita Mandiri which produced belut daun singkong chips; (4) Analyzing the sensitivity level of CV. Cita Mandiri which produced belut daun singkong chips when there is a change in the price of cassava leaves and increased wages of labor. The results showed that the analysis of value added cassava eel chips in one production process has a high value added value of Rp 22.261/kg with a ratio of 48.57 percent. The advantages gained from the processing of cassava leaves into belut daun singkong chips is Rp 21.301/kg, with a profit rate of 46.47 percent. Results of cost analysis, acceptance and profit CV. Cita Mandiri in producing cassava leaves eels for 5 years, the total initial investment cost of Rp 52,904,000, fixed costs incurred each year is the cost of earth and building taxes and equipment maintenance costs of Rp 95,000, while the variable costs incurred for 5 year is Rp 330,879,500 with average variable cost which is given in one year equal to Rp 66,175,900, revenue earned for 5 years is Rp 464,750,000 with average revenue earned in one year equal to Rp 92,950. 000, the profit earned during 5 years is Rp 80,697,500 with the average profit earned in one year is Rp 26,720,300. Results of financial feasibility analysis CV. Cita Mandiri in producing belut daun singkong chips is feasible to operate, because the value of NPV> 0 is Rp 51.044.197. IRR> Discount rate (9 percent) by 42 percent. Net B / C Ratio> 1, which is 1,96. Gross B/C Ratio > 1, which is 1,16, and the payback period is less than the business age of 2 years. As for the sensitivity test results indicate that when the price increase of cassava leaves by 10 percent, the business is still feasible to run. And when there is an increase in labor wages by 9 percent, the business is still feasible to operate.
