Abstract
OCB merupakan perilaku karyawan yang sangat penting didalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Meningkatnya persaingan yang dipicu oleh globalisasi di berbagai sektor perekonomian menjadikan persaingan dalam bisnis perbankan sangat ketat, tidak hanya terjadi antar bank tetapi juga dari lembaga keuangan lain, termasuk Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). BPR sebagai badan usaha senantiasa harus diarahkan dan didorong untuk ikut berperan secara nyata meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat agar mampu mengatasi ketimpangan ekonomi dan kesenjangan sosial, sehingga lebih mampu berperan sebagai wadah kegiatan ekonomi rakyat. Untuk itu maka BPR selaku badan usaha dituntut untuk tetap bisa survive di era persaingan yang semakin ketat dewasa ini. Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor sumber daya manusia, Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, pihak perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang tentunya sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan variabel intervening OCB. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal karena meneliti pengaruh variabel bebas (Budaya organisasi & Kepribadian) terhadap variabel tergantung (Kinerja Karyawan), melalui variabel intervening (OCB). Obyek penelitian yang diteli adalah BPR se-Gianyar Bali yang berjumlah 30 kantor dengan unit analisisindividu karyawan non pemimpin Bank Perkreditan Rakyat se-Gianyar Bali yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 3 tahundengan jumlah sampel total 105 orang, sedangkan data penelitian dianalisis dengan alat analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepribadian dan budaya organisasi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel budaya dan organisasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadapa kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening .
English Abstract
OCB is employee behavior that is very important in improving the company performance. Increased competition induced by globalization in various sectors of the economy makes competition in the banking business is very tight, not only among banks but also from other financial institutions, including rural banks (BPR). BPR as a business entity should always be directed and encouraged to participate significantly increase the income and welfare of the community to be able to tackle economic imbalances and social inequality, so it is more able to act as a forum for economic activities of the people. For that , BPR as a business entity is required to survive in the era remain tight competition today. The company s success is strongly influenced by the human factor, in an effort to improve the performance of the employee, the company must have a strategy that would fit with the organization s goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the performance of employees. This is causal research because will study the influence independent variables (organizational culture and personality), of the dependent variable (employee performance ), and through the intervening variable (OCB). Research object is a BPR Gianyar Bali which amounts 30 offices with unit analysis of individual employees Rural Bank non-leader Gianyar Bali which has a minimum term of 3 years with a total sample size of 105 people, while the research data will be analyzed with analysis tools statistical Structural Equation Model (SEM) . Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the influence of personality on OCB, OCB influence the organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) affect employee performance, whereas personality on employee performance and organizational culture on employee performance in this study had no significant effect. In addition it is also found that the OCB variables apparently act as an intervening variable in personality and influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
