Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh langsung variabel kompensasi, variabel motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan serta menganalisis pengaruh parsial komponen variabel kompensasi (gaji, tunjangan, insentif/bonus,promosi, penghargaan, fasilitas sosial dan kerja, pendidikan latihan dan lingkungan kerja) terhadap kinerja.Penelitian ini bersifat hubungan causal explanatory dalam bentuk survei dengan s ampel sebanyak 88 karyawan BLU BBIB Singosari. Teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang distandarisasi yaitu analisis jalur ( path analisis ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BBIB Singosari dengan besar pengaruh 46,7%, secara parsial hanya komponen bonus/insentif dan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BBIB dan komponen lingkungan kerja yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 28,5%. Variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besar pengaruh 29,5%, kompensasi dan motivasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besar pengaruh secara simultan 55,4%, kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja dengan besar pengaruh tidak langsung 26,6%. Selain itu kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan sangat signifikan sebesar 90,1% terhadap motivasi kerja.

English Abstract

aim of research was to analyze direct effect of variable compensation, motivation variable on variable performance of employee as well as to analyze partial effect of variable component of compensation (salary, benefits, incentives/bonuses, promotions, awards, social facilities and employment, education and training, work environment) on performance. This research is an explanatory causal relationships in form of survey with a sample of 88 employees BLU BBIB Singosari. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis standardized path analysis (path analisys). results showed that compensation has positive direct and significant impact on employee performance BBIB Singosari with 46.7%, while effect of partially only component bonuses/incentives and a positive work environment on employee performance BBIB work environment are most dominant influence 28.5% of employee performance. Motivational variables have positive direct and significant impact on performance of employees with large influence 29.5%, compensation and motivation simultaneously or jointly positive and significant effect on performance of employees with simultaneous effect of 55.4%, compensation effect is not direct impact on employee performance through motivation work with large indirect effect 26.6%. Besides positive effect of compensation also directly and very significantly by 90.1% to motivation.
