Abstract
Adversity Quotient (AQ) merupakan salah satu aspek kecerdasan manusia selain Intellegence Quotient (IQ) , Emosional Quotient (EQ) , Spiritual Quotient (SQ) , dan Adversity Quotient (AQ). Kinerja perawat yang rendah membutuhkan motivasi dan kecerdasan untuk mengatasi kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh A dversity Quotient terhadap kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian standar asuhan keperawatan melalui motivasi kerja di RSUD “Ngudi Waluyo” Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar. Desain penelitian ini merupakan survey diskriptif analitik menggunakan metode cross sectional study, pada 76 responden dengan teknik cluster random sampling perawat di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner A dversity Quotient, motivasi kerja, dan study dokumentasi kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian standar asuhan keperawatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa A dversity Quotient berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian standar asuhan keperawatan melalui motivasi kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi.
English Abstract
Adversity quotient is one aspect of human intelligence than Intellegence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ). Low performance of nurses who need motivation and intelligence to overcome difficulties. This research purposed to find influence of Adversity Quotient to influence nurse performance in document processing of nursing care standard at RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi. research design was analitic descriptive survey, using cross sectional study, cluster random sampling on 76 respondents (nurses). Tools of research were Adversity Quotient questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, and nurse care standard document study. Data was analized by using path analysis. result was Adversity Quotient indirectly influence nurse job performance in documenting nursing care standard through motivation in RSUD “Ngudi Waluyo” Wlingi.
