Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris : (1) Apakah job insecurity , self efficacy , dan intensi dalam bekerja terhadap kinerja secara simultan. (2) Apakah job insecurity , self efficacy , dan intensi dalam bekerja terhadap kinerja secara parsial. (3) Diantara job insecurity , self efficacy , dan intensi dalam bekerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory . Populasi/sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan yang akan memasuki masa persiapan pensiun di VICO Badak Field Office & Camp Kalimantan Timur yang berjumlah 80 orang, yang diambil berdasarkan sensus ( census ). Sedangkan, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala Likert , ada 4 skala yang digunakan yaitu skala job insecurity, self efficacy , Intensi dalam bekerja dan kinerja karyawan, untuk metode analisa data dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda yang dibantu dengan program komputer SPSS 11. Dari analisa data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa (1) secara simultan job insecurity , self efficacy , dan intensi dalam bekerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. (2) secara parsial job insecurity (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), juga self efficacy (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) secara parsial, begitu pula dengan Intensi dalam bekerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) secara parsial. (3) Variabel job insecurity berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang akan memasuki masa persiapan pensiun.
English Abstract
Research actually aims at examination and taking empirical evidance on : (1) wheter Job Insecurity, Self Efficacy, and Intention in working to Performance by simultan? (2) wheter Job Insecurity, Self Efficacy, and Intention in working to Performance by parsial. (3) Between Job Insecurity, Self Efficacy, and Intention in Working to have an effect on dominant to performance? research was explanatory. Population/samples in this research was employee to pre retirement at VICO Indonesia Badak Field Office, where samples were 80 people, were taken by census sampling technique. While data collection method used was Likert`s scale. re were four scales used, y were Job Insecurity, Self efficacy, Intention in working and Performance of employee scale arranged by writer. Data analysis technique used Doubled Linier Reggresion supported by SPSS 11. From Reggresion data analysis re could be found result that (1) by simultan job insecurity, self efficacy, and intensi in working to have an effect on significant to variable dependent that is performance of employees. (2) by parsial job insecurity (X1) have an effect on significant to performance of employees (Y), also self efficacy (X2) have an effect on significant to performance of employees (Y) by parsial, so also with Intensi in working (X3) have an effect on significant to performance of employees (Y) by parsial. ( 3) Variable of job insecurity have an effect on dominant to performance of employees to pre retirement.
