Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengidentifikasi status persepsi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Libya, (2) untuk mengidentifikasi status persepsi kinerja karyawan di Libya, (3) untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Libya. . pendekatan bahwa penelitian ini adalah karyawan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa pascasarjana Libya di Indonesia representasi karyawan di Libya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Pakarit Otomatis untuk Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 20.0. Hasil Analisis data OT pada Pakar Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) adalah: (1) Kinerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi signifikan. (2) Kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja signifikan. (3) kinerja karyawan dan pengembangan pelatihan signifikan. (4) Kinerja dan stres karyawan tidak signifikan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan, stres, kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

This objectives of this study was (1) to identify perception status of factors that effect employee performance in Libya, (2) to identify perception status of employee performance in Libya, (3) to identify relationship between of factors that effect employee performance in Libya. approach that this study was employee was a quantitative. sample of this study is randomly selected by using purposive sampling technique. population of study was entire Libya postgraduate students in indonesia representation employee in Libya. data was collected using questionnaires and it was analyzed by using Statitical Pakage for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0. result ot data analysis on Statitical Pakage for Social Sciences (SPSS) were : (1) employee performance and organizational culture is significant. (2) employee performance and job satisfaction is significant. (3) employee performance and training development is significant. (4) employee performance and stress is insignificant. Keyword : organizational culture, job satisfaction, training and development, stress, employee performance.
