Abstract

Studi ini adalah explanatory research . Tujuan dari studi ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: Pengaruh Karateristik Pekerjaan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior . Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior . Populasi penelitian sebanyak 39 pegawai non medis, 170 pegawai medis/para medis yang bekerja di RSUD Karel Saisuitubun Langgur. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling yang dilanjutkan dengan proportionate random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel pegawai non kesehatan 26 orang, pegawai kesehatan 111 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa: (1) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja. (2) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, (3) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (4) Karateristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior . (5) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja. (6) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (7) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior . (8) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (9) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior . (10) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

English Abstract

This study is explanatory research. purpose of this study is to analyze and to explain effect of: Job Characteristics toward Work Environment, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction andOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Work Environment toward Job Stress, Job Satisfaction andOrganizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Stress toward Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. population of this research consists of 39 non-medical personnel and 170 medical officer who work in District Public Hospital of Karel Saidsuitubun Langgur. sampling in this research is random sampling technique that is continued by using proportionate random sampling. refore, size of sample consists of 26 non-medical personnel and 111 medical personnel. data collecting technique is questionnaire. result of this study shows: (1) Job characteristics have significant effect toward Work Environment, (2) Job Characteristics have significant effect toward job stress, (3) Job Chraracteristics have no significant effect toward Job Satisfaction, (4) Job Characteristics have no significant effect toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) Work Environment has significant effect toward Job Stress, (6) Work Environment has significant effect toward Job Satisfaction, (7) Work Environment has significant effect toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (8) Job Stress has significant effect toward Job Satisfaction, (9) Job Stress has significant effect toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (10) Job Satisfaction has significant effect toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
