Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui : 1. Kelayakan suatu usaha peternakan ayam petelur ditinjau dari segi finansial; 2. Resiko finansial suatu usaha peternakan ayam petelur; 3. Pengaruh perubahan harga pakan dan telur ayam terhadap pendapatan peternak. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis struktur biaya produksi, penerimaan, keuntungan, finansial, resiko finansial dan sensitivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang dilaksanakan pada kelompok usaha peternakan ayam petelur “Gunungrejo Makmur”, yang beranggotakan 24 anggota. Untuk memudahkan dalam perhitungan maka sampel tersebut distratifikasi atau dikelompokkan menjadi tiga berdasarkan skala usahanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata dalam satu tahun pada strata I biaya produksi yang digunakan sebesar Rp 119.061.052 dan penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 147.464.147 serta keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 28.403.094; pada strata II biaya produksi yang digunakan sebesar Rp 240.795.738 dan penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 318.949.828 serta keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 78.154.037; pada strata III biaya produksi yang digunakan sebesar Rp 761.154.395 dan penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 966.528.077 serta keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 205.373.681. Hasil analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa pada strata I diperoleh hasil ARR sebesar 69,86%; NPV sebesar Rp 108.840.066; B/C Ratio 2,5890; PP sebesar 1 tahun 7 bulan 16 hari dan IRR sebesar 54,5139%. Pada strata II diperoleh hasil ARR sebesar 91,55%; NPV sebesar Rp 303.559.110; B/C Ratio 3,1106; PP sebesar 1 tahun 4 bulan 7 hari dan IRR sebesar 68,4660%. Pada strata III diperoleh hasil ARR sebesar 72,45%; NPV sebesar Rp 648.408.885; B/C Ratio 2,3576; PP sebesar 1 tahun 9 bulan 13 hari dan IRR sebesar 48,2183%. Berdasarkan analisis finansial secara keseluruhan bahwa pada semua strata anggota kelompok peternak ayam petelur Gunungrejo Makmur masih layak untuk dikembangkan usahanya. Hasil analisis resiko finansial menunjukkan bahwa pada strata I diperoleh hasil OER sebesar 71,45%; CR sebesar 3,25; DAR sebesar 11,97%; ROA sebesar 43,92%; ROE sebesar 47,10%; DCR sebesar 476,99%; Koefisien Variasi sebesar 27,57% dan Batas Bawah sebesar Rp 12.743.020. Pada strata II diperoleh hasil OER sebesar 66,70%; CR sebesar 3,22; DAR sebesar 11,81%; ROA sebesar 56,73%; ROE sebesar 61,62%; DCR sebesar 576,28%; Koefisien Variasi sebesar 37,36% dan Batas Bawah sebesar Rp 19.765.221. Pada strata III diperoleh hasil OER sebesar 72,34%; CR sebesar 3,07; DAR sebesar 11,46%; ROA sebesar 44,59%; ROE sebesar 48,57%; DCR sebesar 448,40%; Koefisien Variasi sebesar 47,57% dan Batas Bawah sebesar Rp 9.970.779. Berdasarkan analisis resiko secara keseluruhan bahwa pada semua strata menunjukkan tingkat resiko yang ditimbulkan masih aman, karena hasil keuntungan yang diperoleh masih dapat menutupi resiko yang mungkin terjadi. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa pada strata I akan mengalami kerugian pada kondisi terjadi kenaikan harga pakan mulai 10% dan pada waktu bersamaan terjadi penurunan harga telur mulai 15% atau akan terjadi pada kondisi harga pakan naik mulai 15% dan diikuti harga telur turun mulai 10%. Pada strata II belum mengalami kerugian walaupun terjadi kenaikan harga pakan sampai 15% dan pada waktu bersamaan terjadi penurunan harga telur sampai 15%. Pada strata III akan mengalami kerugian pada kondisi terjadi kenaikan harga pakan mulai 10% dan dalam waktu bersamaan terjadi penurunan harga telur mulai 15%. Tingkat sensitivitas terhadap perubahan harga pakan yang naik maupun harga telur yang turun setelah dilakukan analisis finansial lanjutan diperoleh hasil secara keseluruhan pada semua strata menunjukkan bahwa perubahan dalam penurunan harga telur mempunyai tingkat sensitivitas yang lebih tinggi daripada perubahan dalam kenaikan harga pakan.

English Abstract

This research aims to investigate : 1. feasibility of layer poultry business evaluated from facet of financial; 2. Risk of financial of layer poultry enterprise 3. Influence of price change of chickens egg and feed to earnings of farmer. Analysis used is production cost structure analysis, revenue, advantage, financial, risk of financial and sensitivity. method used is method of survey undertaken in groups of layer poultry farming "Gunungrejo Makmur", which consists of 24 members. Pursuant to analysis of financial as a whole that at all of group member scale farmer of layer poultry of Gunungrejo Makmur still feasible to be developed by its enterprise. result of risk analysis of financial show that at scale of I obtained by result of OER equal to 71.45%; CR equal to 3.25; DAR equal to 11.97%; ROA equal to 43.92%; ROE equal to 47.10%; DCR equal to 476.99%; Coefficient Variation of equal to 27.57% and Down of Limit equal to Rp 12,743,020. At scale of II obtained by result of OER equal to 66.70%; CR equal to 3.22; DAR equal to 11.81%; ROA equal to 56.73%; ROE equal to 61.62%; DCR equal to 576.28%; Coefficient Variation of equal to 37.36% and Down of Limit equal to Rp 19,765,221. At scale of III obtained by result of OER equal to 72.34%; CR equal to 3.07; DAR equal to 11.46%; ROA equal to 44.59%; ROE equal to 48.57%; DCR equal to 448.40%; Coefficient Variation of equal to 47.57% and Down of Limit equal to Rp 9,970,779. Pursuant to risk analysis as a whole that at all of scale show generated risk level still is peaceful, because result of obtained advantage admit of to close over risk which possible happened. result of analysis of sensitivity show that at scale of I will experience of loss at condition happened increase of price of feed start 10% and when at same time happened degradation of egg price start 15% or will happened at condition of price of feed go up to start 15% and followed by egg price go down to start 10%. At scale of II not yet experienced of loss although happened increase of price of feed until 15% and when at same time happened degradation of egg price until 15%. At scale of III will experience of loss at condition happened increase of price of feed start 10% and during at same time happened degradation of egg price start 15%. Level of sensitivity to changes in feed prices are rising as well as egg prices decreased once advanced financial analysis overall results obtained in all strata indicate that changes in rate of decline in egg prices have higher sensitivity than a change in feed price increases.
