Abstract
Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) merupakan salah satu sistem yang berdasarkan pada Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya pendidikan secara terorganisir baik berupa kebijakan maupun prosedur untuk pengiriman yang efektif. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan sebuah analisa dan perancangan Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) khusus untuk SMK khususnya mengacu kepada sekolah SMKN 2 Buduran. Pada SMKN 2 Buduran seluruh pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan data masih belum terintegrasi. Penulis dalam hal ini mencoba untuk mengubah konsep tersebut dengan merancang sebuah sistem yang berbasis ERP. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping yang menghasilkan prototype dari sistem ERP tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability, 88% hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengguna setuju bahwa sistem layak digunakan dan diterapkan pada SMKN 2 Buduran. Sedangkan pada uji fungsionalitas dan non-fungsional menghasilkan bahwa sistem ini 100% valid dan layak digunakan. Ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil mengimplementasikan Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) dengan bisnis proses SMKN 2 Buduran sehingga menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat diterima oleh pengguna khususnya warga sekolah SMKN 2 BUDURAN.
English Abstract
Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) is one system that is based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The main purpose of this system is to identify educational resources are organized in the form of policies and procedures for effective delivery. In this study the authors conducted an analysis and design of Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) specifically to refer to a particular vocational school especially SMK 2 Buduran. At SMK 2 Buduran all work associated with the data is still not integrated. The author in this case try to change the concept by designing a system that is based ERP. Test results from this study using prototyping method that produces prototype of the ERP system. Based on the results of a usability test, 88 % of test results showing the users agree that the system is fit for use and applied to the SMK 2 Buduran. While in test functionality and non - functional system produce 100 % valid and fit to use. This shows that the application is successfully implementing Enterprise Resource Planning Education (ERPE) with business process SMK 2 Buduran resulting applications can be received by a particular user SMKN 2 Buduran school community.
