Abstract
Skripsi ini mengkaji model epidemi tipe SIQS (Susceptible Infective Quarantine Susceptible) yang menggambarkan penyebaran penyakit menular melalui transportasi antar-dua wilayah dengan menggunakan exit-entry screening. Pembahasan skripsi ini terdiri dari perhitungan titik kesetimbangan, syarat eksistensi titik kesetimbangan, dan analisis kestabilan titik kesetimbangan. Syarat eksistensi dan kestabilan titik kesetimbangan ditentukan oleh angka reproduksi dasar. Angka reproduksi dasar ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode generasi selanjutnya. Jika angka reproduksi dasar kurang dari satu, maka titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit stabil, sedangkan jika angka reproduksi dasar lebih besar dari satu, maka titik kesetimbangan endemi stabil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa exit-entry screening menghambat penyebaran penyakit menular melalui transportasi antar-dua wilayah.
English Abstract
This final project discusses SIQS epidemic model (Susceptible Infective Quarantine Susceptible) which describes the spread of infectious diseases through transportation between two regions using the exit-entry screening. Discussion in this final project consists of search of equilibrium point, existence condition for equilibrium point and stability analysis of equilibrium point. Existence and stability of equilibrium point are marked by basic reproduction. Basic reproduction number is found by using next generation method. If the basic reproduction number is less than one, the disease-free equilibrium point is stable. And if the basic reproduction number is greater than one, endemic equilibrium point is stable.
