Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas efek simbiosis amensalisme pada model predator-prey tiga spesies yang menggambarkan interaksi antara prey, predator, dan spesies ketiga. Spesies ketiga berperan sebagai pemberi perlindungan untuk prey tetapi ia tidak mendapat keuntungan maupun kerugian dari prey. Oleh karena itu, spesies ketiga disebut host commensal untuk prey. Efek amensalisme diselidiki dengan membandingkan dua model, yaitu antara model tanpa amensalisme dan model dengan amensalisme di mana terjadi simbiosis amensalime antara spesies ketiga dan predator. Kedua model dianalisis sehingga diperoleh jenis kestabilan lokal titik kesetimbangannya. Masing-masing model mempunyai delapan titik kesetimbangan dengan syarat eksistensinya. Analisis kestabilan diilustrasikan dengan melakukan simulasi numerik untuk menguji hasil analisis yang telah diperoleh. Disimpulkan bahwa amensalisme memberikan efek positif bagi prey tetapi memberikan efek negatif bagi predator. Bagi spesies ketiga, amensalisme tidak memberikan efek apapun.

English Abstract

This final project discusses the effects of symbiosis ammensalism predator-prey model of three species which describes interaction between prey, predator, and third species. The third species gives advantages to the prey but it does not get advantages or disadvantages from prey. In this case, the third species called host commensal to prey. The effects of ammensalism are investigated by comparing the two models, namely model without ammensalism and model with ammensalism. Both models are analyzed to obtain the type of local stability of equilibrium points. The stability analysis was illustrated by conducting numerical simulations to test the analytical results. It can be concluded that ammensalism provides positive effect to the prey but gives negative effect to the predator, and ammensalism does not provide positive or negative effect to the third species.
