Abstract

PT. Swabina Gatra merupakan perusahaan produksi air minum dalam kemasan dengan merk SWA yang khusus melayani kebutuhan PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Pada produksi air minum dalam kemasan di PT. Swabina Gatra seringkali memiliki kendala dalam hal produktivitas yang dapat dilihat bahwa jumlah permintaan konsumen yang berfluktuatif menyebabkan perusahaan tidak dapat memenuhinya. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis kriteria produktivitas yang mempunyai pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap produktivitas di PT Swabina Gatra dengan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung maka didapatkan 4 faktor yaitu tenaga kerja, K3, lingkungan kerja, dan material. Perhitungan uji konsistensi menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan nilai CR adalah 0.062, 0.086, dan 0.060 yang bernilai ≤ 0.1 sehingga nilai CR dianggap layak dan disimpulkan bahwa hasil kuesioner konsisten. Selanjutnya dilakukan fuzzifikasi dengan menggunakan Membership Functions of Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) lalu didapatkan lower bound, middle bound, dan upper bound. Dengan mengubah nilai importance fuzzy kedalam bentuk crisp maka didapatkan bobot terbesar adalah faktor tenaga kerja sebesar 69,19%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 17,77%, K3 sebesar 0,76%, dan material sebesar 0,53%. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner, melakukan wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung mengenai sub kriteria tenaga kerja yaitu training, beban kerja, kondisi fisik, umur, upah, dan skill. Perhitungan uji konsistensi menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan nilai CR adalah 0.076, 0.098, dan 0.089 yang bernilai ≤ 0.1 sehingga nilai CR dianggap layak dan disimpulkan bahwa hasil kuesioner konsisten. Berdasarkan perhitungan fuzzifikasi dan crisp dengan metode TFN maka didapatkan bobot terbesar adalah kriteria skill sebesar 55,453%, kriteria kondisi fisik sebesar 22,701%, faktor beban kerja sebesar 10,499%, dan kriteria lainnya berada dibawah 5% dianggap tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya produktivitas. Identifikasi kriteria skill adalah rendahnya kehandalan pekerja terhadap mesin produksi dan kemampuan adaptasi di lingkungan kerja. Identifikasi kriteria kondisi fisik adalah kondisi kerja yang buruk berpotensi menjadi penyebab pekerja mudah jatuh sakit dan kondisi fisik tiap orang yang berbeda-beda. Identifikasi kriteria beban kerja yaitu beban fisik dan beban mental yaitu kecelakaan kerja dan stres yang tinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa metode Membership Functions of Triangular Fuzzy Numbers lebih obyektif untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas.

English Abstract

PT. Swabina Gatra is a bottled water production company with the brand of SWA specifically to serve the needs of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. PT. Swabina Gatra‟s bottled water production often have constraints in terms of productivity which can be seen that the number of fluctuating consumer demand led to the company can not fulfill. In this study, an analysis of the productivity criteria that has the most significant effect on productivity in PT Swabina Gatra with Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method were used. Based on questionnaire, interviews, and direct observations, four criterias were obtained: labor, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), work environmental, and material. Consistency of test calculations using AHP obtained CR value are 0062, 0086, and 0060 are worth ≤ 0.1 so that the value of CR feasible and concluded that the results of the questionnaire consistent. Afterward perform fuzzification using Triangular Membership Functions of Fuzzy Number (TFN) and obtained lower bound, middle bound and an upper bound. By changing the value of importance fuzzy to crisp then obtained the greatest weight is the labor criteria amounted to 69.19%, work environmental amounted to 17.77%, OHS amounted to 0.76%, and materials amounted to 0.53%. Then conduct questionnaire, interviews, and direct observations regarding the employment sub criterias are training, workload, physical condition, age, salary, and skill. Consistency of test calculations using AHP obtained CR value are 0.076, 0.098, dan 0.089 are worth ≤ 0.1 so that the value of CR feasible and concluded that the results of the questionnaire consistent. Based on the calculation fuzzification and crisp then obtained the greatest weight is the skill criteria amounted to 55.453%, physical condition criteria 22.701%, work load criteria amounted to 10.499%, and other criteria considered to be below 5% does not significantly affect the productivity decline. The cause of the skill criteria is the lack of workers reliability of the production machine and adaptability in the workplace. The cause of the physical condition criteria is poor working conditions could be potentially cause of the workers fall ill easily and the physical condition of each person is different. The cause of the workload criteria are physical load and mental load namely occupational accidents and high stress. It was concluded that the method of Membership Functions of Fuzzy Numbers Triangular more objectively to determine the criterias that affect the productivity.
