Abstract
M-PANEL merupakan teknologi baru di bidang konstruksi sebagai pengganti material bangunan konvesional, perusahaan M-PANEL Indonesia masih belum memiliki nilai produktivitasnya secara terperinci dalam penggunaan material ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas dan biaya pekerjaan dinding dengan menggunakan material M-PANEL. Data produktivitas pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan mengamati secara langsung kecepatan pekerjaan di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Daily Record Sheet dan Baseline Productivity. Koefisien pekerjaan untuk menghitung analisa harga satuan pekerjaan didapatkan dengan menghitung sendiri berdasarkan nilai produktivitas. Hasil dari analisa produktivitas menunjukan bahwa nilai produktivitas pekerjaan dinding M-PANEL pada tiap jenis pengamatan adalah: pemasangan = 12,704 m^2/jam, plester tahap I = 108,890 m^2/jam, plester tahap II = 28,343 m^2/jam. Waktu pekerjaan keseluruhan dinding (5550 m2) pada tiap jenis pengamatan adalah: pemasangan = 18.2 jam, plester tahap I = 2.2 jam , plester tahap II = 8.16 jam Harga satuan pekerjaan dinding tiap m2 sebesar Rp 219,441.13 sehingga total biaya pekerjaan dinding seluas 5550 m2 sebesar Rp 1.217.898.271,50.
English Abstract
M-PANEL is a new founded technologi in construction. It used to substitute the conventional building materials. M-PANEL Indonesia company had not find the detail of productivity values yet. The purpose of this research was to determine the productivity and cost of wall construction using M-PANEL materials. Metodes used in this research were Daily Record Sheet dan Baseline Productivity. productivity data of this research was gotten by direct observation about the speed of the construction at the project fields. The construction coefficient to calculate unit price analysis was gotten by manual calculating the productivity values. The result of the productivity analysis was shown that the productivity values of the M-PANEL wall contruction on each observation were: string up = 12.704 m2/hour, shotcrate part I = 108.89 m2/hour, shortcrate part II = 28,343 m2/hour. Time duration of the total wall (5550 m2) construction on each observation were: string up = 18.2 hour, shotcrate part I = 2.2 hour, shortcrate part II = 8.16 hour. The unit price of the wall construction was Rp 219,441.13/m2, so the total cost of the wall construction from 5.550 m2 wide was Rp 1.217.898.271,50.
