Amalia, Dian Rizqi Nur (2017) Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Spirulina Terhadap Efek Diazinon Pada Potensial Membran Albumin Dan Membran Vitelin. Magister thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
The use of pesticides in food can be bad for human health, so the danger of pesticide use in food can damage cell metabolism or cell membrane permeability. Therefore, a study was conducted to analyze the effect of spirulina extract on the potential difference of albumin chicken egg cell membrane and vitelin against the anti channel blocker on diazinone. This study used 600 diazinon insecticides as a pollutant. How to overcome the contamination of livestock products that can be harmful to health, one of them using antioxidants. So it is necessary to study the effect of spirulina extract on the potential response of egg cell membrane (Gallus domesticus) in the polluted food of diazinon. Potential chicken egg cell membrane can be measured using microelectrode associated with picoscope 5000 series, then the data appears displayed through the PC. The results of the measurements showed that the concentration of diazinon solution increased, the potential value of the chicken egg membrane produced decreased. While the influence of spirulina extract in chicken eggs (Gallus domesticus) contaminated diazinon showed the potential value of membrane bigger / higher. This is because the extract of spirulina contains phenolic and flavonoid content that has the potential as an antioxidant, which can reduce the level of free radical reactivity caused by diazinon.
