Abstract
Salah satu faktor yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan cara menjalin komunikasi dan hubungan yang baik (good relationship) antara setiap individu yang ada dalam organisasi. Leadership communication yang baik akan lebih memudahkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, karena adanya pemberian informasi melalui free messaging application “WhatsApp Messenger” mampu memberikan kecepatan dan keakuratan yang sangat berguna untuk karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas ataupun perintah dari atasan. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Leadership Communication terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif asosiatif dengan analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100% dari 31 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yaitu dengan cara mengambil keseluruhan karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama. Bentuk Leadership Communication terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama yaitu dengan cara memberikan instruksi, petunjuk, informasi, penjelasan atau penugasan dan lain sebagainya kepada bawahan dan bawahan juga memberikan laporan pelaksanaan tugas, saran, pengaduan, dan sebagainya kepada atasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa adanya hubungan antara Leadership Communication terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama sebesar 41.5%.
English Abstract
One of the factors that supported the improvement of employee performanced was by way of establised good communication and relationship between every individual in the organization. Good leadership communication would facilitate the company in improving employee performanced. Because the provision of information through the free messaging application "WhatsApp Messenger" is able to provide speed and accuracy was very useful for employees in performing tasks or orders from superiors. This study examined and also aims to determined whether there was influence of leadership communication to employee performanced at PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama. This research used an explanative quantitative research method associative with statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0. The sample in this study amounted to 100% of 31 people and used total sampling as the sampling technique that is by taking the whole employees who worked at PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama. The form of Leadership Communication on employee performanced at PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama is by giving instructions, information, explanation or assignment and so on to subordinates and also provided reports on the implementation of tasks, suggestions, complaints, and so on to superiors. The results of this study noted that the relationship between the Leadership Communication to the performanced of employees at PT. Adhikara Jaya Bersama equal to 41.5%.
