Abstract
Kondisi lingkungan kerja yang baik memerlukan hubungan sosial yang baik didalamnya. Termasuk gaya kepemimpinan serta manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik pula. Bentuk komunikasi yang baik sangat diperlukan dalam menunjang kondisi lingkungan kerja yang baik. Seorang Asisten Tanaman dan Astekpol gaya komunikasi sangat penting tujuannya dalam menyampaikan instruksi maupun interaksi dengan karyawan sehingga hal ini akan berpengaruh besar terhadap Kepuasan komunikasi. Kasus yang terjadi di Kebun Kalirejo, bagaimana strategi komunikasi mendukung kepuasan komunikasi pekerja kebun. Sedangkan dengan latar belakang pekerja kebun yang masih cenderung tradisional dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah cenderung membuat pekerja kebun kurang terbuka dengan inovasi serta ide-ide baru maka perlu untuk diketahui bahwa strategi komunikasi yang tepat dalam mendukung kinerja pekerja kebun terutama dengan latar belakang yang sangat kompleks salah satunya tingkat pendidikan yang rendah. Seorang Astekpol tentunya memiliki karakteristik dalam berkomunikasi, serta seorang komunikator ingin mencapai kepuasan komunikasi bagi komunikan. Tujuannya memberikan informasi kepada pekerja dengan sesuai dan feedback selanjutnya secara umum kepuasan komunikasi akan mampu menciptakan perubahan yang positif bagi seseorang yang diberi pesan/informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan gaya komunikasi dan kompetensi komunikator yang dimiliki oleh Astekpol Pabrik RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Kebun Kalirejo, untuk mengetahui kepuasan komunikasi Pekerja Pabrik RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Kalirejo, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya komunikasi Astekpol dengan kepuasan komunikasi pekerja Pabrik RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Kalirejo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis korelasi rank spearman dengan metode sampling purposive, jumlah populasi sebanyak 108 pekerja dan diambil sampel sebagai responden sebanyak 21 orang. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive di Kebun Kalirejo, Glenmore, Banyuwangi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai, kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah (1) Astekpol Pabrik RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) memiliki gaya komunikasi asertif melalui indikator karakteristik, perilaku, dan tanda non-verbal dalam melakukan proses komunikasi terhadap karyawan/pekerja pabrik dengan total skor dalam persen sebesar 95,238%, (2) Gaya Komunikasi Astekpol yang digunakan oleh Astekpol adalah gaya asertif, serta sebagian besar proses komunikasi terhadap Karyawan dilakukan dengan baik serta terbuka. Ide dan pendapat pun diberikan dalam kondisi yang sesuai, (3) Dengan persentase rata-rata tinggi pada variabel kepuasan komunikasi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan gaya komunikasi asertif yang diterapkan oleh Astekpol (Asisten Teknologi dan Pengolahan) telah memberikan kepuasan komunikasi bagi pekerja pabrik. Hasil uji dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil yaitu 0,001 dari pada alpha (0.001<0.05) sehingga H0 ditolak dengan kesimpulan terdapat hubungan (korelasi) antara Variabel X (Gaya Komunikasi) dengan Variabel Y (Kepuasan Komunikasi), Secara garis besar tingkat kepuasan komunikasi pekerja sangat baik, karena hasil CSQ (Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire) menunjukkan presentase yang tinggi pula atas gaya komunikasi yang diterapkan seorang Astekpol (Asisten Teknologi dan Pengolahan). Saran yang diberikan untuk Astekpol dalam proses mencapai kepuasan komunikasi pekerja pabrik RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) adalah dengan menciptakan suasana yang dapat membuat karyawan lebih merasa terhubung dengan tempat dimana mereka bekerja, serta untuk perusahaan diharapkan memberi informasi mengenai perkembangan perusahaan dengan kebijakan eksternal agar karyawan mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perusahaan tempat mereka berkontribusi.
English Abstract
Good working environmental conditions require good social relationships in it. Including leadership style as well as human resource management which is good anyway. A good form of communication is very necessary in supporting a good work environment conditions. For an Assistant technology and processing, communication style is very important purpose in delivering instruction and interaction with employees so that this will greatly affect communication Satisfaction In the case of that happening in the Kalirejo plantation especially in Rubber processing RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Industry how the communication strategy supporting the communications satisfaction of workers. Meanwhile, with the background plantation workers who still tend to be traditional and low education levels tend to make plantation workers less open to innovation and new ideas it is necessary to note that the right communication strategy in support of the performance of plantation workers, especially with the background a very complex, one of which is a low level of education. Astekpol certainly has the characteristic to communicate, as well as a Communicator would like to achieve the satisfaction of communication for the receiver. Goals on a small scale to provide information to workers with appropriate and subsequent feedback in general satisfaction of communication will be able to create positive change for people who are given the message/information. The purpose of this research is to describe the style of communication and competence communicator owned by Astekpol RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) industry Kalirejo plantation, To know communication satisfaction Factory Worker RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Kalirejo, and to determine the relationship between communication styles Astekpol with worker’s communication satisfaction RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Kalirejo. The methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of rank spearman with purposive sampling method, the number of population of 108 workers and taken samples as the respondent numbered 21 people. The method of determining the location done by the method of purposive in the Kalirejo Plantation, Glenmore, Banyuwangi. Based on the results of research, The conclusion obtained are: (1) Astekpol RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) Industry has an assertive which has 4 indicators: behaviour, characteristics, and non-verbal signs communication style in the process of communication to the employees / workers in the Industry/company with a total score in percentage of 95.238%,(2) Astekpol communication style used by the Astekpol is asertif style, and most of the communication process against Employees is well done and open. Any ideas and opinions given in the appropriate conditions, (3) With the average percentage of high variable communication satisfaction it can be concluded that the assertive communication style adopted by Astekpol (Assistant Technology and Processing) has provided communication satisfaction for workers test results can be seen that the Sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha (0.001> 0.05) 0,001 so that H0 is rejected with the conclusion there is a relationship (correlation) between variable X (Communication Style) with variable Y (Communication Satisfaction) Broadly speaking, the satisfaction level of communication workers are very A good, because CSQ results (communication Satisfaction Questionnaire) shows the percentage is also high on communication styles applied by Astekpol (Assistant Technology and Processing). The advice given to Astekpol in the process of achieving satisfaction RSS factory worker communications (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) is to create an atmosphere that can make employees feel more connected with the place where they work, as well as for the company is expected to give information about the development of the company by the external policies so that employees know how to condition the company they contribute.
