Abstract

Perkembangan industri pada saat ini sangat pesat, terutama pada industri yang sangat membantu dalam menunjangnya kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan, setiap industri kurang memperhatikan sistem pembuangan limbah, salah satu contohnya adalah limbah media tanam jamur tiram dan limbah tahu cair. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif limbah adalah dengan memanfaatkan limbah tersebut sebagai pupuk organik. Andisol memiliki potensi yang tinggi untuk pertanian. Limbah tahu adalah limbah yang dihasilkan dalam proses pembuatan tahu, berupa limbah padat dan limbah cair. Memanfaatkan media tanam jamur tiram dan limbah tahu cair sebagai pupuk organik diharapkan menjadi alternatif solusi pencemaran lingkungan. Pemanfaatan media tanam jamur tiram dan limbah tahu cair sebagai pupuk organik dipilih karena kandungan hara lebih cepat tersedia dan diserap oleh tanaman, sehingga apabila diaplikasikan pada Andisol akan memperbaiki produktivitas tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi bahan organik (limbah media tanam jamur tiram dan limbah tahu cair) melalui inkubasi terhadap ketersediaan unsur P, K, Ca, Mg, Na serta peningkatan KTK dan pH Andisol. 2) mengetahui kombinasi media tanam jamur tiram dan limbah tahu cair yang terbaik pada peningkatan ketersediaan unsur P, K, Ca, Mg, Na serta peningkatan KTK dan pH. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah kaca Kecamatan Dau Malang. Analisis dasar kimia tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia Tanah. Selanjutnya, analisis parameter pengamatan dilakukan di Laboratorium Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mojokerto. Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Parameter pengamatan meliputi KTK, pH serta ketersedian P, K, Ca, Mg dan Na Andisol. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan K (Kontrol), J1 (100% limbah media tanam jamur tiram), JC2 (75% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 25% limbah tahu cair), JC3 (50% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 50% limbah tahu cair), JC4 (25% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 75% limbah tahu cair), dan C5 (100% limbah tahu cair) dengan 3 ulangan. Data kemudian di analisis ragam dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Aplikasi 75% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 25% limbah tahu cair (JC2) lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kadar K-tersedia dan KTK Andisol hingga pengamatan ke- delapan MSI dibandingkan dengan aplikasi 100% limbah media tanam jamur tiram (J1), 50% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 50% limbah tahu cair (JC3), 25% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 75% limbah tahu cair (JC4) dan 100% limbah tahu cair (C5). 2. Aplikasi 50% limbah media tanam jamur tiram + 50% limbah tahu cair (C5) terhadap peningkatan kadar Mg-tersedia dari kriteria rendah (0,56 mg/100g) menjadi kriteria sedang (1,30 mg/100g) dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol

English Abstract

Industrial development growth rapidly nowadays, especially industry that supports in a human life. In other side industry paid less attention for The System of throwing waste, one of the example is oyster mushroom media waste and tofu liquid waste. To decrease the negative impact of it is by reusing the waste as a organic fertilizer. Andisol has a high potential to agriculture. Tofu waste is a kind of waste which is produced when tofu was made, it consists as solid and liquid waste. utilizing of oyster mushroom plant media and tofu liquid waste as an organic fertilizer is expected to become an alternative solution of environment pollution. oyster mushroom plant media and tofu liquid waste as an organic fertilizer are choosen because of nutrient contents is available and reserved faster by plant, so if it is applicated in Andisol,it will improve soil productivity. The Purpose of this research are 1) to determine the effect of organic material application (oyster mushroom plant media waste and tofu liquid waste) through incubation toward to unsure availability of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, CEC and Andisol’s pH. 2) to knows the best combination of oyster mushroom plant media and tofu liquid waste in increasing unsure availability of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, CEC and pH. This research was conducted in glass house Dau subdistrict, Malang. Basic analysis of soil chemistry was conducted at Soil Chemistry Laboratory. Analysis of parameter observation conducted at Agricultural Department Mojokerto Regency Laboratory. This research held from June until August 2014. Parameter observation include unsure availability of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, CEC and Andisol’s pH. This research uses Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments which are K (control), J1 (100% oyster mushroom compost), JC2 (75% oyster mushroom compost + 25% tofu liquid waste), JC3 (50% oyster mushroom compost + 50% tofu liquid waste), JC4 (25% oyster mushroom compost + 75% tofu liquid waste) and JC5 (100% tofu liquid waste) with 3 replications. Data was analyzed using ANOVA (Analyze of Variance) continued with Duncan test 5%. The results showed that the effect of application of oyster mushroom growing media waste and tofu liquid waste and their combinations can increase the pH, KTK and availability elements of P, K, Ca, Mg and Na. The result of this research showed that 1. the application of 75% oyster mushroom compost + 25% tofu liquid waste (JC2) much better to increase K-avalaible composition and CEC Andisol until eighth-observation MSI than application of 100% oyster mushroom compost (J1), 50% oyster mushroom compost + 50% tofu liquid waste (JC3), 25% oyster mushroom compost + 75% of tofu liquid waste (JC4) and 100% tofu liquid waste (C5). 2. The application of 50% oyster mushroom compost + 50% tofu liquid waste (C5) to increased amount of Mg-available from low criteria (0,56 mg/100g) into moderate criteria (1,30 mg/100g) compared with observation control.
