Abstract
Beras merupakan makanan pokok penduduk Asia terutamaIndonesia,Sebagian besar penduduk di Indonesia bermatapencaharian sebagai petani.Semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, maka kebutuhan akan tanaman pangan juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Pergerakan trend konsumsi masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi produk organik salah satunya yaitu beras organik semakin meningkat.Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup sehat yang belakangan ini marak dilakukan oleh masyarakat.Semakin meningkatnya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk beras organik menjadikan produsen tertarik untuk usahatani padi organik.Penetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh produsen pada umumnya bertujuan untuk mencari keuntungan. Melihat hal tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa penetapan harga pada suatu usaha merupakan suatu masalah yang sangat penting untuk ditelaah dan dipahami. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara “purposive”di Desa Sumberngepoh, Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1)Menganalisis pendapatan petani dalam usaha budidaya padi organik melalui pendekatan usahatani akutansi dan ekonomi (2) Menganalisis penetapan harga jual mark-up, titik impas dan margin of safety(3) Menganalisis faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi penetapan harga jual padi organik pada tingkat petani.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan mengambil 44 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan data yang tidak bisa dijelaskan dengan analisis kuantitatif .Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis usahatani, Mark-Up, Break Event Point,dan Margin of safety. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penetapan harga jual. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendapatan pada pendekatan operator adalah sebesar Rp 19.819.612 dan pendapatan pada pendekatan usahatani adalah sebesar Rp 17.150.505. Pendapatan pada pendekatan operator lebih besar dibandingkan pendapatan pada pendekatan usahatani. (2) perhitungan mark-up dari harga jual rata-rata yaitu sebesar 242 persen atau sebesar Rp 2748. Sedangkanpada perhitungan BEP pendapatan yaitu sebesarRp 1.126.375 dan perhitungan BEP harga jual yaitu Rp 1171 per kilogram,sedangkan pada perhitungan Margin of safety, adalah sebesar 70 persen. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penetapan harga jual padi organik pada tingkat petani di Desa Sumberngepoh Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang diantaranya yaitu informasi, jenis pedagang, varietas dan jarak lokasi, sedankan biaya tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap penetapan harga.

Movement ofpeoplewhoconsumethe consumptiontrendof organicproductsone of which isorganicricegrowingIt isinfluencedbya healthy lifestylewhichrecentlyconductedbytheflare. The increasingconsumer demand fororganicriceproductsare interested tomakeproducersof organicrice farming. Determination ofthe price by themanufacturerin generalaimfor profit. Seeing this,it can be seenthatthepricingof a businessisavery important issueto be exploredandunderstood. Determination of the research done in the area "purposive" Sumberngepoh Village, District Lawang, Malang regency. The purpose of this research is (1) analyzing the income of farmers in the cultivation of rice organic farming approach and operator approach (2) Analyze the determination of sale price mark-up, breakeven and margin of safety (3) analyzing the factors affecting the determination of selling price rice at the rate of organic farmers.This research uses the sampling method of saturated (census) and taking 44 people respondents. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe data that could not be explained by quantitative analysis.Quantitative analysis is used to analyse farming, Mark-ups, Break Event Point, and the Margin of safety. Regression analysis was used to analyze the factors that influence the determination of the sale price. The results showed that (1) income at the operator approach is Rp 19,819,612 and income in farming approach is Rp 17,150,505. income at the operator approach greater than the income on farming approach. (2) the calculation of mark-up of the average selling price is equal to 242% or Rp 2748. While the calculation of BEP revenue amounting to Rp 1,126,375 and BEP calculation 1171/kg selling price is Rp. whereas the calculation of margin of safety, is at 70%. factors affect the price selling organic rice at the rate of farmers in the village sumberngepoh sub-district lawang malang are namely information, traders, type varieties and distance location, the cost no effect real against the price.
