Abstract
Ulkus traumatik adalah lesi yang paling banyak ditemukan di rongga mulut. Salah satu kandungan gel ekstrak daun kamboja (Plumeria acuminate Ait) yaitu flavonoid yang berfungsi merangsang peningkatan sel radang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gel ekstrak daun kamboja (Plumeria acuminata Ait) terhadap peningkatan jumlah fibroblas pada proses penyembuhan ulkus mukosa labial tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang diinduksi panas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental menggunakan rancangan penelitian “Post Test Only Randomized Control Group Design”. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan tehnik “Simple Random Sampling” kemudian ditempatkan dalam tiga kelompok, kelompok yang tidak diberi perlakuan, kelompok yang diberi triamcinolone acetonida 0,1%, dan kelompok yang diberi gel ekstrak daun kamboja (Plumeria acuminata Ait). Variabel yang diteliti adalah jumlah fibroblas pada jaringan ulkus mukosa labial tikus yang diukur dari sediaan HPA dengan pengecatan HE. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan fibroblas paling tinggi pada kelompok pemberian gel ekstrak daun kamboja (Plumeria acuminata Ait) sebanyak 251. Pada kelompok pemberian triamcinolone acetonida 0,1% sebanyak 242. Jumlah fibroblas paling sedikit ditemukan pada kelompok yang tidak diberi perlakuan yaitu sebanyak 195. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian gel ekstrak daun kamboja (Plumeria acuminate Ait) berpengaruh meningkatkan jumlah fibroblas pada proses penyembuhan ulkus mukosa labial tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang diinduksi panas.
English Abstract
Traumatic Ulcer is lesion most commonly found in the oral cavity. One extract gel content of frangipani (Plumeria acuminate Ait) are flavonoids which serves to stimulate an increase in inflammatory cells. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of extract gel frangipani (Plumeria acuminata Ait) to increase the number of fibroblasts in the healing process of the labial mucosa ulcer rat (Rattus norvegicus) induced heat. This type of research is experimental research design using "Post Test Only Randomized Control Group Design". The sample was selected by using the technique "Simple Random Sampling" is then placed in three groups, groups that are not treated, the group given acetonida triamcinolone 0.1%, and the group given extract gel frangipani (Plumeria acuminata Ait). The variables studied were the number of fibroblasts in tissues of mice labial mucosa ulceration measured from HPA preparations with HE staining. The results of this study showed increased fibroblast highest in the group provision extract gel frangipani (Plumeria acuminata Ait) as many as 251. In the group administration acetonida triamcinolone 0.1% as at least 242. The number of fibroblasts was found in the group not treated as many as 195 . the conclusion of this research was the extract gel frangipani (Plumeria acuminate Ait) increased the number of fibroblasts in the healing process of the labial mucosa ulcer rat (Rattus norvegicus) induced heat.
