Hubungan Asupan Kalsium Dan Fosfor Dengan Status Gizi Balita Berdasarkan Indikator Tb/U Di Kota Malang

Luthfiya, Lulu` (2016) Hubungan Asupan Kalsium Dan Fosfor Dengan Status Gizi Balita Berdasarkan Indikator Tb/U Di Kota Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

English Abstract

stunting of children under five in Malang is included into high categorization. Effect that can be raised from stunting of children under five will cause the decrement of brain cell 15-20%.one of the factor that influence nutritional status is the nutrition intake, one of the micronutrients is calcium and phosporus. This research is used to know the relationship calcium and phosporus intake with nutritional status of children under five based on TB/U indicator in Malang. The type of this research is analitical observational with crossectional approach. Respondent withdrawal is done by multistage sampling method (n=76). The data are collected through interview method, 3 days uncontinously food balancing (Weight Food Recor/(WFR) and anthropometri (Height//TB). The data are analyzed by using SPSS software, nutrisurvey and WHO antro. The result of the research shows that as much as 75% of calcium intake and 26,3% phosporus intake on children under five is less than AKG with calcium and phosporus as much as 86±482.3 mg (AKG for 2-3 years old as much as 650 mg while for 4-5 years old as much as 1000 mg) phosphorus intake 763.4±454.9 mg (AKG 500 mg). Children under five who stunting as much as 30,3% with z-score average -1.19±1.45. There is positive relationship between calcium intake (r=0.512; p<0,001;), phosporus intake (r=0.471; p<0,001) with nutritional status based on TB/U indicator. There is negative relationship between phosporus : calcium ratio with nutritional status based TB/U indicator (r=-0,397; p<0.001). Dependent variable which is mostly influence nutrient status (TB/U) is calcium intake. From the result of the research is suggested to the mother of children under five in orders the children to consume food highly countain calcium anf phosporus
