Abstract
Kesiapan dalam menghadapi menopauseadalah suatu keadaan ibu untuk mempersiapkan dirinya dalam menghadapi menopause, baik secara fisik maupun mental atau psikologisnya. Data dari hasil studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Dinoyo didapatkan dari 20 wanita sebanyak 14 wanita (70%) mengatakan tidak tahu yang termasuk gejala-gejala menopause dan atau tahapan menopause, sedangkan 12 wanita (60%) mengatakan kurang diperhatikan oleh suami dan kurang peduli dengan perubahan yang dialami istrinya dan 11 wanita (55%) mengatakan takut jika kulitnya akan keriput dan takut jika akan lebih mudah terkena penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Mengenai Menopause dan Persepsi Ibu terhadap Dukungan Suami Dengan Kesiapan Menghadapi Menopause pada Ibu Premenopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu sebanyak 218 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuisioner diolah menggunakan Uji statistik Likelihood ratio. Peneliti menemukan 29,8% memiliki pengetahuan baik, 39,9% memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan 30,3% memiliki pengetahuan kurang, sebagian besar (57,3%) ibu mendapat dukungan suami baik, 37,6% mendapat dukungan cukup dan 5,1% mendapat dukungan kurang, serta sebagian besar (95.9%) ibu siap menghadapi menopause dan sisanya (4,1%) tidak siap menghadapi menopause. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Mengenai Menopause dan Persepsi Ibu terhadap Dukungan Suami Dengan Kesiapan Menghadapi Menopause pada Ibu Premenopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo dengan nilai p value masing-masing p value = 0,004 dan p value = 0,000.
English Abstract
Readyness to face menopause is a state of the woman to prepare themselves in facing it, either itphysical, mental or psychological must be set up. The data from preresearch in Puskesmas Dinoyo from 20 women, obtained a total of 14 women (70%) did not know the included symptoms of menopause and or stages of menopause, while 12 women (60%) said less noticed by her husband and less concerned with changes experienced by his wife and 11 women (55%) said that they werefear if the skin will wrinkle and fear that they will more susceptible to disease. This study aims to determine the relationship between the woman’s knowledge level about menopause and woman’s perception about husband’s support with the readiness in facing menopause of premenopausal woman in Puskesmas Dinoyo. This research used analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, which met the inclusion criteria as many as 218 respondents. The data used are primary data taken using a questionnaire and processed using statistical test Likelihood ratio. Researchers found 29.8% had good knowledge, 39.9% had sufficient knowledge and 30.3% had less knowledge, the vast majority (57.3%) of woman received good support from their husband, 37.6% received sufficient support and 5,1% received less support, and most (95.9%) were ready to deal with menopause and the rest (4.1%) were not ready to deal withit. The analysis showed there is relationship between the woman’s knowledge level about menopause and woman’s perception about husband’s support with the readiness in facing menopause of premenopausal woman in Puskesmas Dinoyo with p value of each p value = 0.004 and p value = 0.000.
