Abstract
Perkembangan motorik halus merupakan perkembangan yang melibatkan gerakan yang menggunakan otot-otot halus atau sebagian anggota tubuh tertentu yang dipengaruhi oleh kesempatan untuk belajar dan berlatih. Perkembangan motorik halus salah satunya adalah dipengaruhi oleh status gizi bayi yaitu pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbedaan antara bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang diberikan ASI Eksklusif dan Non ASI Eksklusif terhadap perkembangan motorik halus di Kelurahan Dinoyo Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Desain penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total populasi dengan jumlah sebanyak 70 bayi. Variabel independen adalah ASI Eksklusif dan Non ASI Eksklusif yang diukur menggunakan kuesioner , sedangkan variabel dependennya yaitu perkembangan motorik halus bayi yang diukur dengan menggunakan Denver II. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square dengan α=0,05 diperoleh nilai p=0.000 maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang diberikan ASI Eksklusif dan Non ASI Eksklusif terhadap perkembangan motorik halus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada perbedaan antara bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang diberikan ASI Eksklusif dan Non ASI Eksklusif terhadap perkembangan motorik halus di Kelurahan Dinoyo Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Fine motor development is a development that involves movement using the smooth muscles of the body or part of certain members of which are influenced by the opportunity to learn and practice. Development influenced by nutrition of babies, one of which is exclusive breastfeeding. This study aimed to analyze the difference of the 6-12 month old babies who have received Exclusive and Non Exclusive breastfeed to fine motor development in Dinoyo Village Lowokwaru District Malang City. This study uses an observational analytic research design with cross-sectional used 70 babies. The independent variable was Exclusive and Non Exclusive breastfeeding measured by questionnaires and the dependent variable was the fine motor development of babies measure by Denver II. Based on statistical test by Chi-square with α=0,05 and the p value was 0,000. It means this study there was significant differences between the 6-12 month old babies who have received Exclusive and Non Exclusive breastfeed to fine motor development. The conclusion of this study there was the differences of of the 6-12 month old babies who have received Exclusive and Non Exclusive breastfeed to fine motor development in Dinoyo Village Lowokwaru District Malang City.
