Abstract
Pembangunan kesehatan sebagai salah satu upaya pembangunan nasional yang diarahkan guna terciptanya kesadaran, kemauan dan kemampuan untuk hidup sehat setiap penduduk agar dapat mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan ASI eksklusif, berat badan lahir dan peran orang tua dengan status gizi anak usia 6 bulan – 5 tahun. Desain penelitian merupakan wadah menjawab pertanyaan penelitian atau menguji kebenaran hipotesis. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anak di posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cisadea. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk table dan diagram. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif terhadap masing-masing variable dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi atau persentase Kesimpulan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas anak usia 6 bulan – 5 tahun termasuk ASI non eksklusif (85,94%) dan hanya sebagian yang ASI Eksklusif. Anak usia 6 bulan – 5 tahun memiliki berat badan lahir normal sebanyak 54 orang (84,38%) dan sebagian lainnya memiliki berat badan lahir tidak normal sebanyak 10 orang (15,63%). Anak usia 6 bulan – 5 tahun yang memiliki status gizi normal 51 orang (80%), yang memiliki status gizi kurus 9 orang (14%), yang memiliki status gizi sangat kurus 3 orang (5%) dan yang memiliki status gizi gemuk 1 orang (1%).
English Abstract
The development of health as one of national development efforts are directed towards the creation of awareness, willingness and ability to live a healthy life every resident in order to realize optimal health status. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, birth weight and the role of parents in the nutritional status of children aged 6 months - 5 years. The study design is a container answer research questions or test the truth of the hypothesis. In this study conducted observasional analitik with descriptive method. Population of this experiment all children in posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cisadea. Data obtained from the research results collected and then processed and presented in the form of tables and diagrams. The data is processed and analyzed descriptively on each variable in the form of a frequency distribution or percentages. Conclusion of this research is that the majority of children aged 6 months - 5 years including a non-exclusive breastfeeding (85.94%) and only partially exclusive breastfeeding. Children aged 6 months - 5 years had a normal birth weight as many as 54 people (84.38%) and others had normal birth weight is not as many as 10 people (15.63%). Children aged 6 months - 5 years who had normal nutritional status 51 (80%), which has the nutritional status skinny 9 (14%), which has the status of nutrition is very thin 3 (5%) and those with nutritional status fat 1 people (1%).
