Abstract
Berdasarkan laporan Riskesdas (2013), cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan sebesar 30,2%. Data Puskesmas Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang 2015 menunjukkan cakupan ASI eksklusif sebesar 35%. Dukungan suami (dukungan emosional, informasional, instrumental dan penghargaan) dan dukungan bidan (IMD, informasi dan perawatan payudara) merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat dukungan suami dan bidan terhadap praktek pemberian ASI pada kelompok ibu menyusui bayi 0 – 6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian (n= 64) adalah seluruh ibu menyusui eksklusif dan tidak eksklusif yang mempunyai bayi berumur 0-6 bulan secara Purposive Sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian di analisis menggunakan uji beda Chi Square menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan dukungan instrumental suami (p=0,021), dukungan bidan (p=0,008), dan praktek IMD (p=0,008) pada kelompok ibu menyusui eksklusif dan tidak eksklusif. Tidak terdapat perbedaan dukungan emosional, informasional, penghargaan suami dan dukungan informasi bidan pada kelompok ibu menyusui eksklusif maupun tidak eksklusif. Dengan ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan dukungan instrumental suami, dukungan bidan dan praktek IMD terhadap pemberian ASI pada kelompok ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Saran yang diberikan adalah supaya bidan meningkatkan dukungan bidan dan menginformasikan pentingnya dukungan suami terhadap pemberian ASI pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan.
English Abstract
Based on report Riskesdas (2013), coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months by 30.2%. Data Public Health Center Kepanjen in 2015 showed coverage of exclusive breastfeeding of 35%. Husband (emotional, informational, instrumental and awards) and midwives support (IMD, information and treatment of breast) are factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine differences in the level of support the husband and the midwife to the practice of breastfeeding in the group of mothers breastfeeding infants 0-6 months in Public Health Center Kepanjen Malang. Type of observational analytic research with cross sectional design. The samples (n=64) were all mothers breastfeed exclusively and non-exclusively have babies aged 0-6 months were purposive sampling. The data were obtained using a interview. Research results from the analysis using different test Chi Square shows there are differences husband instrumental support (p=0,021), the support of midwives (p=0,008), and the practice of IMD (p=0,008) in the group of exclusive and not exclusive breastfeeding mothers. There were no differences in emotional support, instrumental, appreciation and support group information on exclusive breastfeeding mothers and not exclusive. By this we can conclude there are differences husband instrumental support, the support of midwives and the practice of IMD against breastfeeding mothers breastfeed age group 0-6 months. The advice given is for midwives to increase support midwives and inform the husband support about importance of breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months.
