Abstract
Kualitas pengukuran antropometri oleh kader Posyandu masih sangat rendah, jika hasil pengukuran kader tidak presisi dan tidak akurat maka interpretasi status gizi pada balita menjadi tidak tepat yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas data dan informasi status gizi di tingkat Puskesmas maupun Nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan presisi dan akurasi pengukuran tinggi badan balita oleh kader sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan rancangan one group pre dan post test design. Sampel berjumlah 48 kader posyandu. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu presisi dan akurasi pengukuran tinggi badan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan presisi sebelum dan setelah pelatihan (Mc Nemar, p < 0,1). Tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan akurasi sebelum dan setelah pelatihan (Mc Nemar, p > 0,1). Rerata selisih pengukuran pertama dan kedua yang dilakukan oleh kader dan supervisor sebelum pelatihan yaitu 0,23 (0,12;0,34) cm, sedangkan selisih setelah pelatihan yaitu 0,07 (0,03;0,15) cm. Rerata nilai Σd2 kader sebelum pelatihan yaitu 1,42 (0,84;2,49) cm2 dan setelah pelatihan yaitu 0,55 (0,44;0,79) cm2. Rerata nilai ΣD2 kader sebelum pelatihan yaitu 13,00 (7,70;21,34) cm2 dan setelah pelatihan yaitu 2,30 (1,48;3,06) cm2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara presisi pengukuran tinggi badan balita yang dilakukan oleh kader sebelum dan setelah pelatihan, namun untuk akurasi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar pelatihan dan supervisi aplikasi hasil pelatihan dapat dilakukan secara berkala.
English Abstract
Quality of anthropometric measurement by Posyandu cadres are still very low. If the results of cadres measurement are not precise and not accurate then the interpretation of the under five nutritional status can be improper which will affect the quality of data and information on the nutritional status of Public Health Centre (PHC) and National level. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in precision and accuracy of height measurement in under five by the cadre before and after training.The research method using a quasi-experimental design with one group pre and post test design. Total samples of 48 cadres Posyandu. The variables studied were the precision and accuracy of height measurement before and after training. The results showed that there are differences in precision before and after training (Mc Nemar, p < 0,1). But there is no difference accuracy before and after the training (Mc Nemar, p > 0,1). The mean difference between the first and second measurements were carried out by cadres and supervisors before the training which was 0,23 (0,12; 0,34) cm, while the difference after training is 0,07 (0,03; 0,15) cm. The mean value of Σd2 cadre before training is 1,42 (0,84; 2,49) cm2 and after the training is 0,55 (0,44; 0,79) cm2. The mean value of ΣD2 cadre before training is 13,00 (7,70; 21,34) cm2 and after the training is 2,30 (1,48; 3,06) cm2.The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant difference between precision height measurement in under five by a cadre before and after training, but for accuracy is not a significant difference. Based on these results, it is suggested that training and supervise the application of the results of the training can be done on a regular basis.
