Abstract
AIN-93M merupakan salah satu diet standar yang digunakan sebagai diet normal. AIN-93M juga dapat digunakan sebagai diet aterogenik dengan adanya modifikasi diet yang bertujuan untuk menginduksi aterosklerosis yang salah satu parameternya adalah peningkatan VLDL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui perbedaan kadar VLDL serum tikus Rattus novergicus Galur wistar jantan yang diberi diet aterogenik modifikasi standar AIN-93M dan diet normal standar AIN-93M. Jenis penelitian ini adalah true experimental laboratory dengan randomized posttest-only control group design dengan subjek tikus wistar jantan sebanyak 32 ekor yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok P1 diberikan diet aterogenik modifikasi AIN-93M dan kelompok P2 diberikan diet normal standar AIN-93M yang masing-masing diberikan selama 12 minggu. Perhitungan kadar VLDL melalui perhitungan indirect method menggunakan rumus Friedewald. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik yaitu uji independent T test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kadar VLDL pada kelompok aterogenik sebesar 18,28 ± 6,09 mg/dl dan 9,68 ± 5,66 mg/dl pada kelompok normal (p=0,00; p<0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kadar VLDL tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus Galur Wistar) yang diberi diet aterogenik modifikasi standar AIN-93M dan diet normal standar AIN-93M.
English Abstract
AIN-93M is one of the standard diet were used as a normal diet. AIN-93M can also be used as an atherogenic diet with dietary modification that aims to induce atherosclerosis is one of the parameters is the increase in VLDL. This study aims to analyze and determine the differences in serum VLDL levels in male rats Rattus novergicus strain Wistar were given a standard modification atherogenic diet AIN-93M with a standard normal diet AIN-93M. This research is true experimental laboratory with randomized posttest-only control group design with the subject as much as 32 male wistar rats tails are divided into two groups. Group P1 given atherogenic diet modification AIN-93M and P2 group was given a standard normal diet AIN-93M that each was given for 12 weeks. Calculation VLDL through indirect calculation method using the Friedewald formula. Data were processed and analyzed using parametric statistical test independent T test. The results show the value of the group atherogenic VLDL levels of 18.28 ± 6.09 mg / dl and 9.68 ± 5.66 mg / dl in the normal group (p = 0.00; p <0.05). Based on this study it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the levels of VLDL rats (Rattus norvegicus strain Wistar) were given a standard modification atherogenic diet AIN-93M and the standard normal diet AIN-93M.
