Abstract
Pola makan makanan olahan semakin berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan jaman dan teknologi. Namun Bahan Tambahan Makanan berbahaya yang seringkali terkandung dalam makanan olahan dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada manusia salah satunya adalah meningkatnya risiko Penyakit Tidak Menular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan makanan olahan pada wanita usia subur. Studi analitik menggunakan desai penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan terhadap wanita usia subur etnis Madura berusia 18-44 tahun di Kecamatan Kedungkandang. Sampel dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah 99 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis makanan olahan yang paling banyak dikonsumsi responden adalah mie instan, bakso, tahu, cilok, dan penyedap rasa. Yang paling banyak dikonsumsi harian adalah mie instan, bakso, tahu, snack ringan, dan penyedap rasa. Yang paling banyak dikonsumsi dalam porsi besar adalah mie instan, sosis, tahu, siomay, dan minuman rasa buah. Yang paling banyak dikonsumsi responden berdasarkan beratnya adalah mie instan, bakso, tahu, cilok, dan minuman rasa buah. Proporsi rata-rata energi makanan olahan terhadap total energi sehari adalah 83,94% dan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan energi makanan olahan dengan IMT. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu makanan olahan yang paling banyak/sering dikonsumsi berdasarkan jumlah, jenis, frekuensi, dan porsinya adalah mie instan, sosis, bakso, tahu, cilok, siomay, snack ringan, minuman rasa buah, dan penyedap rasa/vetsin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar melakukan konfirmasi saat wawancara sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan ingatan responden.
English Abstract
A diet of processed foods is growth in line with the progress of time and technology. However harmful food additives that are often contained in processed foods can give a negative impact on the human, one of them is the increased risk of non-communicable diseases. The objective of this study was to described the diet of processed foods among Maduranese women of reproductive age. Analytic studies usied cross-sectional design of the study conducted on 18-44 years old Maduranese women of reproductive age in Kedungkandang Subdistrict. Samples were selected by purposive sampling with 99 peoples. The results showed that the type of processed foods consumed by most of the respondents are instant noodles, meatballs, tofu, cilok, and flavorings. The most widely consumed daily is instant noodles, meatballs, know, light snacks, and flavorings. The most widely consumed in large portions are instant noodles, sausage, tofu, dumplings, and fruit-flavored drinks. The most widely consumed respondents by weight is instant noodles, meatballs, tofu, cilok, and fruit-flavored drinks. Average proportion of processed foods to the total daily energy was 83.94% and there was no significant correlation between energy intake of processed foods with BMI. The conclusion of this study was that most processed foods / frequently consumed based on the number, type, frequency, and the portions are instant noodles, sausage, meatballs, tofu, cilok, dumplings, light snacks, fruit-flavored drinks, and flavor / MSG. Based on the results of this study, suggested that digging deeper information at the interview so as to optimize the memory of the respondents.
