Abstract

Rumah Sakit Merupakan Salah Satu Pelayanan Kesehatan Yang Senantiasa Dituntut Dapat Memberikan Pelayanan Yang Berkualitas Kepada Pasien Salah Satu Pelayanan Yang Dijadikan Andalan Rumah Sakit Adalah Pelayanan Keperawatan. Pelayanan Keperawatan Yang Bermutu Tergantung Pada Jumlah Tenaga Perawat, Beban Kerja Perawat Dan Kinerja Perawat Di Suatu Rumah Sakit. Beban Kerja Merupakan Sejumlah Tugas-Tugas Yang Harus Diselesaikan Dalam Jangka Waktu Tertentu, Sedangkan Kinerja Adalah Hasil Pelaksanaan Suatu Pekerjaan, Baik Bersifat Fisik Atau Material. Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang Merupakan Salah Satu Rumah Sakit Tipe A, Dimana Rumah Sakit Ini Menjadi Rujukan Bagi Rumah Sakit Lain Disekitarnya Hingga Sering Terlihat Jumlah Pasien Melebihi Kapasitas Ruangan Rumah Sakit, Dan Dirawat Di Luar Ruangan. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Beban Kerja Dan Kinerja Perawat Dalam Pemberian Pelayanan Keperawatan Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian Ini Berlangsung Selama Satu Bulan. Desain Penelitian Ini Dengan Desain Cross Sectional. Populasinya Adalah Perawat Yang Bekerja Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Sampel Yang Diambil Sebanyak 40 Orang Dengan Teknik Pengambilan Sampel, Random Sampling. Teknik Pengolahan Data Dengan Corelation Sperman Rho. Hasil Penelitian Diadapatkan 22 Perawat Mempunyai Beban Kerja Sedang, 17 Perawat Mempunyai Beban Kerja Berat, 25 Perawat Mempunyai Kinerja Cukup, Dan 14 Perawat Mempunyai Kinerja Baik, Dan Ada Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara Beban Kerja Dan Kinerja Perawat (P= 0,022 ) Dan (R= 0,098). Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Bahwa Ada Hubungan Antara Beban Kerja Dan Kinerja Perawat Dalam Pemberian Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Ini, Disarankan Agar Peneliti Selanjutnya Mengambil Data Secara Observasi

English Abstract

The Hospital Is One Of Health Care Service That Needs To Provide High Quality Service To The Patients. Nursing Service Is One Of The Main Service In Hospital. The High Quality Of Nursing Service Is Depent On The Number Nursing Staff, Nursing Workload And Nursing Perfoemance In Hospital. Workload Is The Number Of Tasks That Must Be Completed Within A Certain Period, While The Performance Is The Result Of The Execution Of A Job, Either Physical Or Material. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang Is One Type Of A Hospital, Where Becomes A Reference For Other Hospitals So The Number Of Patients Often Exceeds The Capacity Of The Room Of The Hospital, And They Were Treated Outside The Rooms. This Study Aimed To Analyze The Correlation Of Nursing Workload And Nursing Performance In Inpatient Room Of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. This Study Lasted For A Month. This Study Used Crosssectional Design. The Population Was Nurses In Inpatient Room Of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Samples Were 40 Nurses By Using Random Sampling Techniques. Data Processing Techniques Used Sperman Rho Corelation. The Results Showed That 22 Nurses Had A Moderate Workload, 17 Nurses Had A Heavy Workload, 25 Nurses Had Enough Performance, And 14 Nurses Had Good Performance, And There Was A Significant Correlation Of Nursing Workload And Nursing Performance (P = 0,022, R = 0,098). The Conclusion From This Study, There Was A Correlation Of Nursing Workload And Nursing Performance In Providing Health Care In The Inpatient Room Of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. There Is Suggested That New Researcher Take Data With Observation.
