Agustin, Zulfian (2015) Perbedaan Asupan Zinc (Zn) Dan Status Gizi Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Taman Penitipan Anak (Tpa) Kelurahan Mojolangu Kota Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Status Gizi Dan Asupan Zinc Balita Menjadi Perhatian Khusus Sejak Awal Tahun Kehidupan Karena Sangat Penting Untuk Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Optimal. Di Indonesia Prevalensi Anak Balita Yang Terkena Gizi Kurang Pada Tahun 2010 Tergolong Tinggi Dimana Wasting (13,3%), Underweight (17,9%), Stunting (35,6%). Saat Ini Di Kota-Kota Besar Banyak Ibu Yang Bekerja Memilih Menggunakan Jasa Taman Penitipan Anak (Tpa), Sedangkan Ibu Yang Tidak Bekerja Tentunya Memiliki Waktu Yang Lebih Banyak Untuk Mengatur Pola Makan Anak. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Perbedaan Asupan Zinc (Zn) Dan Status Gizi Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Taman Penitipan Anak (Tpa) Kelurahan Mojolangu Kota Malang. Desain Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Penelitian Analitik Observasional. Menurut Waktunya Termasuk Penelitian Dengan Pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah Sampel 100 Balita Dan Sebagai Responden Adalah Ibu Balita Dan Pengasuh Di Tpa, Yang Diambil Dengan Teknik Sampling Multistage Yaitu 50 Untuk Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan 50 Balita Di Tpa. Variabel Yang Diteliti Dan Dianalisis Adalah Asupan Zinc Dan Status Gizi. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Tidak Ada Perbedaan Asupan Zinc Pada Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Di Tpa. Sedangkan Pada Status Gizi Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Berdasarkan Bb/Tb Dan Tb/U Antara Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Di Tpa (P>0,05). Namun Ada Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Berdasarkan Bb/U Antara Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Di Tpa (P<0,05). Diperlukan Penelitian Lebih Lanjut Untuk Mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Asupan Zinc Dan Status Gizi Baik Pada Balita Yang Diasuh Ibu Sendiri Dan Balita Tpa.
English Abstract
Zinc Intake And Nutrient Status Of Toddlers Were Highly Attended Especially From The Beginning Of Life Because Both Were Important For Optimum Growth And Development. In Indonesia, The Prevalence Of Toddlers With Nutrient Deficiency In 2010 Was Remaining High In Terms Of Wasting (13.3 %), Underweight (17.9%), And Stunting (35.6 %). In Big Cities, Many Mothers Were Employed And Therefore, They Decided To Use The Service Given By Child Day Care (Tpa). Unemployed Mothers Must Have More Times To Spend To Regulate Intake Pattern Of Their Children. The Objective Of Research Was To Understand The Difference Of Zinc (Zn) Intake And Nutrient Status Among Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And Who Were Entrusted At Two Child Day Cares (Tpa) At Mojolangu Subdistrict Of Malang City. Research Design Is Analytic Observation. This Research Uses Cross Sectional Approach. A Hundred Toddlers Were Taken As Sample. The Respondent Was The Mother Of Toddlers And The Care Provider At Tpa. Multistage Sampling Technique Was Used Which Involved 50 Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And 50 Toddlers Who Were Entrusted At Tpa. Variables That Were Observed And Analyzed Were Zinc Intake And Nutrient Status. Result Of Research Indicated That There Was No Difference Of Zinc Intake And Nutrient Status Among Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And Who Were Entrusted At Tp. Nutrient Status Did Not Show Significant Difference In Term Of Bb/Tb And Tb/U Among Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And Who Were Entrusted At Tpa (P > 0.05). There Was Significant Difference Based On Bb/U Between Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And Who Were Entrusted At Tpa (P < 0.05). Further Research Might Be Important To Examine The Factors Influencing Zinc Intake And Good Nutrient Status Among Toddlers Who Were Cared By Their Mother And Who Were Entrusted At Tpa.
